When he came to see my off he said come back anytime for a free check up on the chasis, tire pressure, whatever. Even though I had visited this store when I lived in midtown 6 years ago and have since moved out, I now intend to make the trip back whenever I need bike services. Highly reccomend.

These guys work fast and efficient. I was expecting to pick up my bike the next day but he gave it to me few hours later.

Had a flat and they up-sold me on a new rim and tape liner to help prevent future flats $200+ later I was back in action. But they left a piece of zip tie in the tire.got a flat by the next weekend I tied to ride. No way this could have gotten in there from riding.

The gentleman that helped us was knowledgeable, gave great suggestions and helped my son with his first ride to make sure everything fit properly. I will definitely use this store for my younger son when he is ready and myself for my bike needs.

Prompt service for a flat on a fatbike. I was a bit worried they wouldn't carry the size inner tube I needed, but they happily provided a new one and an extra. For both tubes and labor for a tube change, I paid $40. Again, they're pretty hard to find. The labor was like $5.95. This place has a sizeable selection of bikes, too. Electric bikes are offered. They have bikes outside the place so you can't miss it

BY FAR THE WORST BIKE SHOP I EVER BEEN TO. THEY RIPPED ME OFF BY SELLING ME A SEAT AND POST AND DOUBLE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD, I SHOWED THEM MY STATEMENT AND THEY REFERRED ME TO CALL THEIR COMPANY. ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS, STILL NOTHING. DONT GO THERE!

Staffs know nothing about road bike. Did not install my cassettes properly. And claimed it was my problem. Also it is a bit pricey.

The staff were watching the computers and nobody said Hi or something like that. I asked for mountain bikes but it was downstairs and there isn' t someone to guide me or offer me service! Nice store but BAD service!

I had a problem with my rear bearings no more than $20 to fix.the staff was lousy unhelpful didn't even check the computer to see how much where the bearings gave me a ridiculous price of $50 never again will I go to that store! My recommendation would be go to a mom-and-pop shop because these stores now are all interested about money and not customer service

Sold me parts I didnt need then wouldnt let me get my orginal parts. Front desk lady has bad attitude everytime.

Going out of business? No bag selection. Place is a mess. No one asked if I needed help. I greeted the woman at the front desk and got a nod.

Quick and knowledgeable service with helpful staff. It's expensive compared to other places downtown but it's top notch!

I been shopping around for a road bike for a few months and was never satisfied with customer service UNTIL I came to DTLA BIKES. They were more than happy to find the right type of bike for me and my style of riding. They even stayed after hours to help me research and try different brand of bikes out. They really cared. I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They did an amazing job, and my bike was ready when they promised. My bike was as good as new. They took the time to examine the bike when I made the reservation to forecast what they thought needed to be done. And when I picked it up, they provided a detailed explanation of exactly what they did. They also gave me cycling tips - and they showed that they really cared about my safety. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

One of the best bike shops I've been to. From the friendly service, quick and well done repairs. My go to I the city.

Fantastic shop — my go to LBS. Did a great job helping me put together a custom build, everyone was extremely helpful and patient in getting together everything I needed.
