Suman Acharya was very unprofessional and not courtesy of waisting my time. I drove over an hour away to look at an older vehicle for him to tell me that banks do not like to process loans on older vehicles which he should have told me upfront instead He tried to show me newer vehicles that I was not interested in and then talked to me like I dint know anything I had my uncle who's a mechanic on my headset listening and he told me to justwlk away and go somewhere else l ended up finding a vehicle that fit me and my budget and treated myself for my birthday. Everything happens for a reason I'm glad I didn't give him a dime my new cars worth every penny I put down

Paul discussed services that were on schedule but only recommended services he thought that were more urgent, given my driving habits. Saved my some major costs that could be deferred

As usual, the service personnel are so friendly and knowledgeable. This was the second or third time I had the pleasure to have Frank Gonzales as my service advisor. He’s incredible at his job. He made sure my car was taken care of and ready exactly on time. There is constant contact when your car is serviced at this Mazda dealership.
I love the fact they send you a video of all of the work they do on your car. They also detail the car for you.

The whole experience is wonderful!

I had finished some engine idle work on my miata. I noticed at p/u that there was a dent on top passenger fender of car. They checked their historical service film records and concluded mazda was at fault. The dealer is offering a loaner car and dent repair. I am glad they are owning up and accountable.

Getting my Mazda serviced at Dublin Mazda was a breeze. So hassle free, complete transparency and Frank is eager to assist with any of your needs. I like that the service was to the point with no add on selling. Dublin Mazda is awesome.

I like the service and expectations on wait time. I also like the communication using text messages, video for the repair done, and the courtesy Lyft ride provided for folks that live nearby.

Very happy with my car buying experience. Erin was very professional. He was very knowledgeable, answering any questions I had about the car during test drive. Overall had a very good experience with the whole team.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with Mazda Dublin. Their lack of communication and failure to address my concerns left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

When I tried to communicate with them about an issue, they were unresponsive, which was incredibly frustrating. As a customer, I expect to be able to get in touch with a business and have my concerns addressed in a timely manner. However, that was not the case with Mazda Dublin.

In addition to their poor communication, they also broke my license plate frame, which was an inconvenience. What's worse is that they didn't acknowledge the issue, which made me feel like my concerns weren't being taken seriously.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Mazda Dublin. A business's ability to communicate effectively and take responsibility for their mistakes is crucial, and unfortunately, Mazda Dublin fell short in both of these areas.

Great service, really like that the technician also takes a video of the inspection and shares that video with the owner. The Service advisor was also excellent and saved me as much money as he could

Overall was good. Heather was very helpful and pleasant. We appreciated the video of the inspection. Excellent information however we were disappointed that windshield fluid was empty and we found out when we were on our way to Lake Tahoe. It was a safety hazard.

I recently purchased a new car from Dublin Mazda. The sales staff were attentive and nice to work with. The vehicle was ready in no time, however the purchase (paperwork) seemed to take forever. The experience wasn't stressful, just time consuming. What I thought would take an hour took 2.5 hours. They would have achieved 5 stars if it was less time consuming. Overall great place to purchase a vehicle! I recommend Dublin Mazda.

Customer service is phenomenal! Received a text from Mazda while they were inspecting my car along with a video of it. The servicing was complete in an hour. They also sent an Uber immediately to pick me up and take me to pick up my car. They also washed the car and vacuumed it! The service technician was very pleasant and courteous! Excellent experience!

The entire experience was my time wasted. Salesman that lie and refuse to disclose what the interest rate to the loan was to the hidden costs. Lied about bringing the vehicle, then lied about paying for Uber or Lyft. Neglegent salesman who had an emergency without telling the other salesperson he had a customer that applied for credit and never heard back until I called several times. These people that work here are uncaring say they are a family dealership yet act worse then a corporate dealer. Stay far away.

The service department has always provided super customer service with great insight into the work needed without a pushy sales approach. They address my questions and provide options. Great team! Paul helped me recently and was awesome!

My car buying experience with especially Dan and the whole team in general was excellent. They are a great team and made the whole process really simple and seamless.

CX-5 Signature owner here. Dublin Mazda does an excellent job servicing my vehicle. I work with Frank Gonzales every time I bring in my car for service. Frank is outstanding to work with! He is highly professional, courteous, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I recently brought my car in for an oil issue. Frank recognized the problem immediately and had the problem fixed ahead of schedule. He even gave me a very nice loaner car to use in the interim. Frank's follow up was impeccable and he kept me updated every step of the way as the repair was being done. Mazda is very lucky to have him representing their brand!
