11Staff is courteous and friendly. Dr. Lee is very attentive, patient, and welcomes you in personally every time.
Dr Lee is an awesome person and dentist. His personality and calm demeanor is very important his staff is wonderful as well.
I called to alert the office that I woke up with a sore throat (possibly covid) a day they said next time, they're charging and to let them know within 48 hours. I then asked "so I should come in sick" she says no, I said u can't plan being sick and I'm not paying a fee.
She just repeated that they're doing to charge. How ridiculous. I can't plan being sick.
Great customer service. The front desk receptionist are nice and polite. They are helpful and gentle when caring for the patients.
They are very friendly, they always greet you with a good afternoon and a smile the children were very happy, they entered without fear, very good service

Awesome staff, super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Lee is always so welcoming and informative. Appointment wait times are super spot on, this team is so punctual. Office is always super clean and plays fun music.

My experience at Dr. Duk-Sun Lee’s office was great! The staff was very friendly, and it was a very quick, calm visit. I would highly recommend this dental office!
Dr. Lee the dentist I see is so great. He is an expert at putting numbing shot into my mouth, so I don't have any pain. He made me a beautiful bridge that feels perfect in my mouth and now I can chew my food again. His prices are very low, and he is very talented. He takes the dental insurance that comes with IEHP as of today which helped me out a lot with crowns and root canals I needed. His assistances appear very young.but they are very helpful to Dr. Lee, and they do very good helping him with his procedures. It took me a while to get used to the business personality of scheduling/insurance billing/payment staff as I am used to someone different from where I moved from but as a whole and in its entirely it is a great office and I feel if you do everything Dr. Lee asks of you and keep all of your quotes and paperwork and ask questions when you don't understand you will also end up with a beautiful smile. Conveniently located in the Stater Brothers parking lot off of Madison and 1-11.
