We got the pork/Napa dumplings (#25) and “Beef stew soup noodle” (#65)

Both were excellent!
Dumplings: filling was flavourful, skin was smooth. These are also made in house!
Noodles: loved the beef - it has the right flavour, and a lot of it! The mushroom also had a lot of flavour. The noodles were also amazing. Texture wise, they were great! I wonder if they’re made in hosue/if I can buy some

Ambience: typical Chinese noodle house. Nostalgic!

Would definitely come back.

Very authentic Chinese food. Dumplings and appetizers are really tasty. Noodle dishes are great as well.

Definitely recommend this restaurant to visitors in San Francisco.

If you use dry machine-cut noodles that anyone can buy from grocery stores, maybe you shouldn't advertise your restaurant for man-made noodles. Dumplings are mediocre. The soup base of the braised beef noodle is below mediocre. Will definitely not return to this place.

A cute little shop serving dumplings. They also have main course options of noodles and rice. Loved their sesame balls and their vegetarian pot stickers. They have a few vegetarian options so if you have different dietary preferences you can give this a try! They also give you a pot of nice hot tea complimentary at the beginning of your meal!

Horrible experience! Do not come here - we waited 45 mins to be seated and then 5 mins after sitting, the chick tells us that we can only order stuff to go and we can't eat there. Absolutely taking the pi ss as she saw us wait in line the ENTIRE time - JUST so damn rude. This completely ruined our night as we couldn't get into any other place to eat by that time.

Treating people like sh&# won't getcha very far

The service was slow, but the food was great. This is one of my favorite Chinese places. The chow mein, noodle soups, and dumplings are fantastic. This place will be on the itinerary for future SF trips.

There are something you need to know if you order the noddles. They seem having 3 noddles to choose:

1. The man made knife cut noddles which is $1 more.
2. The machine made knife cut noddles.
3. The rice noodles

I got confused between 1 and 2 so I ended up eating the wrong noddles.

I'm sure the 4.1 this place currently has would be much lower if it wasn't mixed up with a well reviewed breakfast place.

Service was very bad, we arrived about an hour before close and watched the server repeatedly get annoyed and rush anyone who came in. There was a weird sense of urgency in cleaning up as people left, but there wasn't a sense of cleanliness, just urgency. There also wasn't much urgency when it came to actually serving though.

We eventually got water, it was served warm and frothy. The cups must have not have been rinsed or cooled after having soap applied. They probably don't have time to rinse at this place, so I'm sure the food has soap baked in as well.

The food was ok, but don't expect it to come with any of the seasonings or garnishes you see on the menu's pictures, it'll likely just be a doughy blob with stuff inside.

Only regret is we found this place on the last day of our trip, highly recommend the food is amazing!

Dumplings not really great but ok. Braised beef soup noodle was good with right portion. Service was average, nothing special but ok. Overall I would recommend it if you want an easy lunch or dinner.

Each time the pancake rolls taste different and aren't not the same way they make it. Sometimes not as crispy either. I still get them hopping it will be like the first time. Still love this place.

The food is too greasy, the service attitude is very poor, and I will be in trouble all my life.

Had some dumplings and green beans that were super tasty. I didn’t have enough cash to pay and they don’t take card but she just said “Happy holidays” and took the little cash I did have. The staff is amazing

Very home-style / homemade dishes! The dumpling skin is so chewy and the appetizers are so fresh! This place will be my new go-to dumpling spot.
