Place was empty when my son and I got there. He really wanted potstickers so we decided to try this spot out. Wow! Food was super good! Perfect for our after school lunch before sports. We had scallion noodles (the sauce comes on the side so you can add as much or little as you want since it's sodium heavy), we also shared orange chicken (probably the best I've had in town), and potstickers (ask for a dipping sauce for these, it doesn't come with one and would take to next level, My son at them all without sauce though so that tells you they are good none the less. $48 including a 15% tip for the 3 items. But worth the cost to us.

This Chinese food restaurant is NOT the same as those which just give you mediocre ingredients but they have had their menu thoughtfully planned out. Clean, excellent choice of ingredients and they always put consistent great Chinese food on the table. Prices are very reasonable. We love their yang chow fried rice, xiao long bao (soup inside dumpling), and noodles.

Was very quiet when we came in and after eating there I'm in shock why! This place should be packed! The food was amazing and incredibly fresh, flavorful, and tender. The buns were soft, fluffy, with delicious fresh filling, beef in the noodles was incredibly tender and tasty, and the wontons were crispy and savory. Will come back soon!

The lady working automatically gave herself a tip and we did not notice this until later. We had already left her a cash tip. We won't be back.

I found this place a few weeks ago and i really liked it. Everything was good. I am dumpling and bun lover, and this place is my favorite one now.

Dumplings look bad and dirty, the owner stared at us all the time which is uncomfortable. And the price is very expensive. Never come again.

The taste of this restaurant really exceeded my expectations. Friends who like pasta should not miss it. There is no authentic restaurant like this in the Chinese district. The boss is enthusiastic, the service is attentive, and the store is clean. Even though I never write reviews, I’m interested. It’s so delicious.

Food is great. I tried putting my macros into My Fitness Pal and asked what kind of noodles were in the soup. The server was not able to tell me. Seems like she could have asked the chef. You can only order using the QR code and through the website, so take your favorite Gen Z with you. Atmosphere is plain, so go for the food and not the experience. I ordered Spicy Beef Noodle Soup with extra Bok Choy. Extra BC was $4 which I thought was high. I paid over $20 including tip. That was my second visit. I'd go again, but not often.

When I went there it had a B food rating. They make you order through a QR code which was totally unnecessary. The dumplings and fried rice were bland and gross and when I went to pay the old lady was being pushy and hassling me to tip. Never eating at this place again!

The decoration of the restaurant is very comfortable, and it feels like being at home. The staff are very warm and friendly. The noodle soup in this restaurant deserves praise!

Best place to eat dumplings and fried vegetables everything is flavorful and delicious

Me and my family went to try it out and we ordered dumpling with soup and fried green beans with chili and got some steam buns everything is very good very surprised cause some places in rancho don't have the best dumplings and pot stickers

I ordered the pork dumplings and they 60% fat not very tasty, very bland. When I went to pay the lady chastise me for not leaving a tip. I said what service are you talking about, you order the food from an app, then all you did was walk it over. The experience was too funny and better than the food I ordered.

Potstickers we're devine. Beef noodle soup was devoured and so was the cucumber salad.

We came here on a friday afternoon and ordered a combination chowmein, dumplings, plain rice, and the sizzling chicken. The orders for the sizzling chicken and chowmein came out in about 5 minutes. We were surprised at the speed of the service. But when we tasted the chicken, it had a raw and old meat smell and had too much salt. On telling the woman who served, she said they are going to recook the same dish (with the food they served)! Who does that? Isn't that unhygienic. Anyway she was persistent and we finally agreed. Next, we tasted the chowmein, again too much salt and almost raw broccoli and smell of raw garlic. We did not complain, and we just had what was served. The dumpling was okay. They brought back the chicken, and it still had that smell. Still, we just ate and packed the rest. The final surprise came when i was about to pay the bill. They added a 15% tip without mentioning anywhere and without our permission. When i asked her to remove the tip from my bill, she was very unhappy and then asked why we did not tip her even after they remade the chicken, and when she thinks it is really good. She was persistent and mentioned it a few times. I have had food at a lot of small local restaurants, but rarely have had such a bad experience. While i can understand, they might not be good at cooking and are trying to make a fair living. But, the server's behavior and pushing her perceptions regarding the food quality on the customer, is something that is unacceptable. In fact, i would not have written this bad review (and would have tipped her as well) if she did not do what she did at the end.

Very delicious and different. My wife and I ordered family style and could not finish all of it in one sitting. We took the food home. The staff is very friendly and kind. 10 out of 10, I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be dining here again in the near future. Thank you Dumpling Village!
