Their blender has been broken all the time recently. Not sure what’s going on. The workers doesn’t really know much besides how to make the food and drinks, so they always have to check with their managers for every thing. This place used to be good.

I'm very disappointed. They don't give you sugar and creamers separately. They add it to the coffee themselves. One usually puts it in and tastes it to see if it needs more or not.

THE WORST DUNKIN EVER!
I've been all over the country to multiple DD and I have to say this is the worst one ever!
I walked in and stood at the register for almost 5 minutes and was never greeted. The workers are busy talking about what they were going to be doing for the weekend and eating tamales! And then when I walked around looking for somebody to ask if anybody's working the register I got an attitude from one of the workers! She couldn't accommodate giving me Vanilla swirl on the side even though I've been to at least 9 Dunkins in the last 4 months that do that! And when I try to redeem my free donut which is supposed to be automatic considering I've already done it twice this week she said that's only for mobile orders!

Ordered through uber 2 box of Joe and I did not receive any cups, sugar and cream. Do they expect for us to serve it on our hands. It's only common sense to send the necessary things for the coffee.

Coffee was great, the food tasted similar to edible packing peanuts. If you are going to dunky-dees for coffee great. But plan to stop again for breakfast.

Stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes being completely ignored by everyone working, no one else in line and the drive thru was empty as we’ll considering it was noon on a Thursday

Drinks were made A LOT better at the one located on 17th and Grand. The service from the manager was, such an indifferent, plain face and attitude that just makes your day. Can you train your employees to do better, pay attention to the portions in the drinks and have a happy face, welcoming attitude! Please

This location always seems to have a problem, from not getting the orders correct, foods that are suppose to be hot served cold and the list goes on. Now it's 6: 30 AM on a Saturday and they are still closed. This brand is being run into the ground and I have to believe management is asleep at the wheel and cannot see this or just dont care!

Love all the Holiday Donuts and coffees no matter the season they have something for YOU. Today got a great coffe try the peanut butter cup ice? Macchiato

Worst drive threw in the morning. While they take the order she is talking and laughing with the other sloths. Avoid this place if you see a line in the drive threw. Get Mcdonalds coffee down the street.

There's this girl who works the drive through who is very rude and always has an attitude. I like coming to dunkin for the breakfast but I hate having the bad customer service from the same worker. She shouldn't be working the drive through if she's going to be rude to customers while taking their orders. Besides that all the other workers are friendly.

Worst experience ever the manager gave me and attitude this morning I got a tea and donuts she gave me just water it taste like hot water only they usually put two bags of tea kit just one she was not even polite she didn’t say good morning or thank you she took for ever to give me the hot water (tea) I ask her for sugar she was like what sugar I said sugar for the tea can I get 5of them she only gave me 2 so I waited There to ask her for more since I had ask her for 5 and only gave me 2 she open her little window she his what so I told her I ask for five sugar baggies you only gave me 2 she grabs 3 baggies of sugar and hands them to me she never said sorry or here you go thank you anything so never ever going back this is the 3 rd time that happens to me 3 rd time is a charm right

This place is ratchet.their computers are always broken so can only take cash.the workers are lazy and don’t put the lids on all the way.go somewhere else

My 3 star review is bcoz you guys need to work BETTER on taking the orders right on the drive-thru lately every time I have gone and few mins ago I was just there. I ordered 4 medium decaf coffees and 2 large regular coffees and 1 dozen donuts. Got all mediums regular coffees and as far on the 1 dozen I GOT 1 donut. In other words customer service needs some work done.

The guy that took our order originally was amazing but when finished I had to interrupt female employee from her texting for bathroom key and when I got in the bathroom there was no toilet paper and bathrooms was disgusting.

I love the DD app and freebie promos they have. My only complaint is that every time I order their iced coffee drinks, I get a shower of coffee on my clothes when I take a drink because either the lid is defective or there's a ring of coffee in the lid. But even after I wipe under the lid, it will still spill out when I take a sip ‍️. The first time I let it go but after the 3rd or 4th time it has happened while I'm on my way to work in my work clothes it was upsetting. Also the iced matcha was not blended well, powdery chunks in the drink still. Sorry don't mean to complain as I like the majority of their drinks, just mishaps here and there.
