Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
15 Worst drive thru in town. They take one person’s order and the make the next person wait 5-7 minutes before they take the next order. So if you are 3 or 4 cars back in the drive thru you could wait 15 minutes or more just to place your order. Total waste of gas
There were 4 cars in front of me and it took 30 minutes from the time I went into the drive thru until the time I left. Never again
Customer service used to be great. Employees that work there do not repeat back your order and will put something different for your order so make sure you ask them to repeat it back. They do not and will not make suggestions for replacements for limited time items (unlike Starbucks). If you decide to go here and not the Starbucks across the street, keep your expectations low and make sure to have them repeat your order!
Whatever you do DO Not order a croissant. They have no idea how to make them and when you tell them it isn't even close to a croissant they say they all look like that.
Thank you for supporting veterans. 1 free donut of choice. Friendly employee, eager to assist. Went about 7 am, no other customers. Very clean and modern. Didn't use the restroom, but the restaurant itself sparkled. Considered purchasing a box of tea. 20 bags 8 bucks. A bit high. And not much to choose from.
Not a fun or got duped by the ordering online app. It was National Coffee Day and one has to order online to get the free coffee. Instructions not too clear about how to go about it. Place has no refunds in person, so for a first timer here I was disappointed.
But I like their coffee though. What a way to save, a $10 coffee with a donut X 2 (me and my BF).
Friendly service, BUT, got there at 7: 45, lobby was closed, their sign says they open at 7: 00 am. My donuts were cold, is that how they serve them? I ordered an apple fritter and turned out to be more like a cinnamon role. Definitely not a traditional donut shop.
Besides that some of the staff is really rude, the supervisor/ manager won’t honor rewards or offers. Said it no biggie and asked the lady at the register to make my drink twice didn’t seem to get it so I left.
Today they made ONE OF BEST ICED CARAMEL MACCHIATOS, EVER! ” I have been coming here since it opened up and they only failed me once! Whoever made my coffee, you are one of the bestest but my fave is still Manuel!
Hello. This was my first time going to Dunkin’. First of all when we drove up to the Drive-through we were not greeted and when I asked “may I please place an order”…her rude remark was “I already asked you and you didnt respond. ” So I said “sorry”. Then we wanted to add an additional coffee to our order repeated it three times…and when we got up to the window she said we only ordered one coffee
She indicated she couldn’t confirm the other coffee…after we had said three times exactly what we wanted.so I still paid for my coffee which I did not drink. Our donuts came out with no sprinkles… and our glaze donut had dirt on it.
I called the office there in Hanford and the supervisor working said she could not give me the name of the employee and then she hung up on me!
I tried calling back and the phone was busy or off the hook.so what I don’t understand is who these girls think they are and think that they could treat clients like this.
If I had not order donuts for my kids I would’ve just drove right through after she made the initial statement that she “had already asked me and I didn’t respond”.
This is not normal and not appropriate for an employee Not to want to give me my receipt and to tell me she’s not gonna give me her name and then slam the sliding glass window show me.she should’ve been wearing a name tag and her hair should be pulled back and she shouldn’t be so rude!
Accidentally got some one else order but when I went back they replaced it no problem and we're very polite
Young man at the counter was very patient answering my questions and made my coffee perfectly. I wish I remembered his name.
I absolutely Love Hanford Dunkin Donuts … Everyone that works there is super nice and even knows my order! Large Vanilla Ice Latte With Extra Ice they even know my name
Great fresh coffee as what is expected however the donuts were not fresh they tasted and looked old they were not bad but not to the Dunkin standard. Service was sloooow but freindly. Lobby and bathrooms were clean. Parking is tight especially if your in a bigger vehicle. Area is safe, overall a decent place to grab a great cup of coffee and a decent dount.
Went this past weekend. I told her the 1st thing I wanted and the girl said nothing at all. So, I told her the next thing I wanted. She very rudely said, I didn't understand anything you said. I asked, so you didn't get the first thing either? She said MAAM I DIDNT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING YOU SAID. Well why didn't she say she didn't understand instead of staying quite. She didn't understand my order yet understood everything else I said? I told her to forget and I left. It's always something at that location.
Took 20 minutes for 1 everything bagel with cream cheese, and I didn't even end up getting it. I got a refund. The female worker with the blonde streak in her hair and an Anime Pin on her visor said "I can't control it girl! " When I asked if it was done after 15 minutes. She even gave the elderly woman before me attitude! The only thing is that woman before me actually checked her for it, and I kept a flat tone. Just WOW. Complaining to corporate as well.
