Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
15First off I was a loyal fan of dunkin for years. After the experience I had with the "asst manager" I'm rethinking my loyalty. So first off, I came in, waited my turn walked up asked for a large iced coffee with hazelnut and mocha. Cashier told me they didn't have mocha, I said do you have chocolate syrup or something comparable? Mind you the day before I ordered the exact same drink. Cashier said no, we don't. I said did you guys run out because I just Doordashed this from here yesterday. AT that point she called in her manager. I explained what I wanted.she looked me dead in the eye.and said we don't have mocha chocolate. I then said okay you know what just give me a large matcha iced, we don't have that.okay ice tea? Yeah we have that. Okay tried to pay with a 50. They wouldn't take it for payment. Dunkin you had two associates one of them a "manager" neither knew what mocha was and nothing was available.not coming back again.
It's a good establishment and the workers are good but the food Amd the drinks aren't good to be honest i didn't like the drinks an the donuts are really small and they don't even taste that good also the service is really slow
Dunkin in California is subpar compared to the east coast. They don't even fill your cup they compensate with a ton of whip cream. For 4.79 you would think it would also taste good but even that, the taste is the same as McDonald's ice coffee even though you can get that for a dollar.
Not happy as didn't get what I asked for. Hearing impaired and read lips. Can't do that or understand what I was told with mask so I had to throw away what I couldn't eat. You should be more helpful to people with hearing loss
The young employees have no respect here, I'm a 40 year old truck driver, I start my early shift to people I trust with my food with attitudes. Was she half asleep at 5a.m? When my food and cold brew was ready I had to damn near reach across the counter to grab my food and drink, not even a good day or thank you. I had to say thank you to cut through the awkwardness. Then down the road my bread for my sandwich is old, like it was from the day before. Who ever worked 7/26//22 5a.m shouldn't be there anymore.
On the website it says open at 5AM. Guess what 5 AM is the time when Their employees are just coming in with attitude in their faces. Lol I luv it.
Ordering on the app is the way to go. At peak times, lines are out the door. Fast service, hot and tasty coffee and sandwiches.
Unhappy lazy employees! The guy was such a mood killer. I placed an order online and there were so many things missing in the order. I asked him to add a splash of oat milk to my drink which he was very unhappy about for some reason.
Ants EVERYWHERE, I will NEVER go to this place again. Just disgusting and the employees act like they don't see it. Clean the restaurant.
The folks that work at this location are awesome, but Alejandra is THE absolute best worker there. My daughter and I go basically every morning for coffee before school/work. Ale just took it upon herself to always have our drinks prepared even before we approach the register. She is nice, patient, aware and willing to jump in to make the customer experience the best. Give her a raise or promotion, your company will be much better with her. Thanks Ale!
They have pick up ordering but you can only order donuts, they refuse to cook bagels or anything warm for pick up order.
Zero people call pick up to order a premade donut because they're rushing to work. They honestly don't need a phone number.
It's geniuenly an annoying policy.
Absolutely great.there was a mishap with their hot chocolate when I went in 1 week ago. I called spoke to Alice.she totally took care of It she left instructions with store staff I stopped by and Daniel totally rocked he is very nice.and made the drinks totally on point oh and thanks for the donuts. Awesome service.so something went wrong but they fixed it.totally awesome service by Daniel and Alice. I'll be back
A little rude. I'm not too fond of Dunkin in general. I always thought that there donuts were lacking in flavor. I tend not to think of them as my go to coffee place either. I've frequented this location on a few occasions and have never felt a good vibe from any of the employees. There coffee is decent but I can get coffee from anywhere.
Came in this morning as I usually do, to pick up my Togo order that I did via the app.
Walked in, order wasn't ready. They noticed for the first time that I wasn't wearing a mask (God forbid) because I usually don't when walking in and out with my normal order.
Normally I walk in with no mask, grab my drink and donut and walk out no issues, today was different. Today they decided to slack on the pick up orders (my ticket + 3 others were sitting there) and told me without my mask on, they cannot hand me my drink. As I did not have a mask on me I simply just stood there and asked for a refund.
It took 9 minutes to refund my money. Another girl who was not part of the situation even made my order while I was waiting on the refund but wasn't allowed to hand it to me due to not having on a mask. So it's okay to stand in the establishment without a Mask for 9 minutes to wait for the refund, however handing me the coffee and donut isn't possible lol.
Needless to say, I'll just take my $ to Starbucks where I know the order will be ready for pickup and I can walk in and walk out without a mask quickly for my Togo order.
Unfortunate cause I do like dunkin, I'll just have to find a better one to visit or like I said, go to Starbucks.
50% foam 50% ice. Hate to be that person…. Once or twice is okay but by the 8th time come on? Even though I ask them please “no foam” I always get a cup half full. Dunkin’ stop ripping your customers off or teach your employees how to make matcha. Next time I’ll just order a cup of foam. Lost a customer.
