Excellent customer service by all the staff, food and beverage quality always excellent. Always friendly staff with a smile and greeting you you feel welcome coming in.
Horrible service from cashier. Rolling her eyes while we were trying to place our order. No one else behind us in line. Sorry we're new customers trying to figure out your menu. No need to be frustrated at your clients it's poor customer service and it is not that hard to be polite at strangers whom have done nothing to you.
Donut wholes, personal favorite && they give change.without needing to purchase anything

I love dunkin. I love it so much I go to Madera just to get a drink from them. The first time there, the cashier recommended i try oatmilk instead of almond and since then i never get anything without oatmilk. It taste amazing! I hate that they don't have a location near me. Please open one up in Fresno.
The coffee is great, the food is great, I just prefer Starbucks. Sorry it's just better
