Dunkin', El Cajon CA

Cons: Ordered through the drive through. The donut tasted a little less fresh than we'd Ike, like, but we were there in the late afternoon.
They made my drink incorrectly - I asked for the Chai pumpkin Iced, but they either added espresso to it, or made me a pumpkin Iced coffee.

Pros: Went inside to have it fixed. The girl at the front counter was especially helpful! I wish I had cash on me so I could have tipped her. She remade my drink for me twice! The first remake was way too sweet for me, so she had no problem remaking it with 1 less pump of the pumpkin and 1 less of the Chai. I also asked her to drop it in a larger cup so I could have extra ice. It was then perfect. She was busy but also very fast! Thank you, to whomever it was on Monday 10/30 in the afternoon/evening! We will be coming back as the customer service was very polite and helpful.

They don't make there Turtle coffee grounds anymore but other wise there donuts are great and there speciality coffees are fantastic.

My complaints are not of the store or the employees that were working, as the store was clean and employee that helped us was nice. But it is more of pricing. For a dozen donuts it is almost $20. Hot chocolate smallest size they have was about $3.50.
I wanted to try the maple bacon snack strips. It was 8 strips for $3.50, sounds good
I didn't expect big strips of bacon but what I got was a couple half strips and then bacon crumbles. And there was a slight taste of maple syrup but it wasn't enough. I was expecting a way more sweet and salty combo. I was bummed.
Overall I was unimpressed after leaving when I was so excited for breakfast this morning

I like Dunkin' Donuts, Doughnut's much better than I like their service. I've been to this location several times. Each time, not only has service been super slow but they don't even apologize or make it up with something. There doughnuts are definitely tasty and soft.

They need to better streamline service when people dine in or walk in for to purchase a to go order.

Went to the drive thru, iced drink was watered down. Manager gave me an attitude when I drove back around and asked for my money back. Won’t be frequenting this facility ever again. Gross drink and sloppy service. Speedy line through the drive thru, tho. Which was nice.

Couple days ago I went and asked for chicken & roasted pepper Dunkin wrap but the lady said that it’s frozen and that she can’t make it

Donuts taste and feel like cardboard.service was below average.good luck modifying your drink order.overall sucks, save your money.

From the locations in San Diego I think this one is the best one in my opinion. The coffee here is not watered down like in most Dunkin’ donut.

Very clean and organized. Employee's are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Sat down for a coffee and the Air Conditioning was pleasant as I planned my day. I recommend this coffee place to friends and family alike.

I placed a mobile order and when I came in, I went to the counter where I asked if the order on the counter was for Jessica and she said, look at the sticker. So I saw one of my drinks was ready but not the second one or the donuts. No biggie, I waited away from the counter for about 15 min. Then they called my name and gave me the same drink that was already ready when I got there. I said well I'm still waiting on the other drink and donuts. I told her, no rush, I know you guys are busy (even though they were not all that busy). Then I went back to waiting. Another 10 or so minutes went by then they called me for my second drink. I got it but my donuts were not there and she gave me attitude when I told her I was still waiting on donuts. She looked at what I guess was the order receipt and threw them in the bag and handed them to me. I told her to have a nice day and she just rolled her eyes and I left. Two girls at the counter had really bad attitudes with not just me but the 2 other customers in there as well. This was ever only my second time inside the store but at this point, I don't intend on coming back anytime soon. The 35-40 minutes I waited after arrival and the poor attitude of the employees was more than I expected and not something I want to pay for in the future.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.i did a doordash order and didnt get all my food and when i called it went straight to voicemail you guys suck.how hard is it to package up some food, honestly just ridiculous it ruined my whole morning

What can I say, for the several times I've been there, the service has been unpleasant. So it's not like I don't give them a chance. Unfortunately I have to go there many times due to my job as a delivery driver.

It's never consistent. I order the same thing ever.single.time and it's always something. Drinks never taste the same, stale donuts, order is taken wrong. I've given up at this point. It's not cheap enough anymore to get the order wrong every time.

An angel works at the cash register here, nothing better than starting your day with a kind soul making you a morning coffee. I got an iced caramel swirl coffee with cream, 10/10.

Went to this dunkin like I have every morning for the past 3 mornings. Ordered the bacon and it was all fatty pieces (that's fine its the morning) but at the bottom of the bag was more bacon grease then normal. Okay bacon has grease and maybe the fatty pieces have more grease but they didnt even put in napkins. My son orders the frozen hot chocolate and the last 2 out of the 3 they automatically put whipped cream but this time the lady said that I have to request it and was very rude. I dont know how to post a photo with this or I would.

Dutch Brothers is an hour drive, and only convenient on Disneyland days. The service at this DK location is ok at best. The consistency is decent. The line is usually long. This review comes after I boycotted this DK location for a little over a year. The customer service has improved but not by much.
