Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
18 WARNING: NO CASH!
CASH NOT ACCEPTED HERE.
Like the vast majority of people, I prefer to have options on how to pay. I dont support any business that does not accept cash. Apparently the government agrees with me since they are starting to enact laws prohibiting too much of this nonsense.
Food and drink both good. However, if you order decaf, there is a small but ineligible chance that you get the regular variant. As a person who is very sensitive to caffine (heart rate goes up with caffine intake), I figured this out by buying decaf drinks at approximately the same time of the day, doing the exact same thing (walk to same location and do the same kind of work) afterwards, and consuming the drink within the same amount of time. These trials showed that, for a small proportion of days, my heart rate changes dramatically after drinking the "decaf" coffee.
W spot, W atmosphere, W service…but i would say these fellas deserve better pay.they probably don’t get paid enough to keep up with all the orders which is why people complain about wait time.they’re doing their best to accommodate and deliver. {not a paid review}
This is my first time at this Dunkin' location and will probably be my last time. I ordered on the app for a walk in pickup order. As I'm walking up to the door I see the curbside drop-off guy coming towards me with his hands full. I hold the door open for him and instead of saying thank you he just runs in to me and keeps on going. Rude! I go inside to grab my my order and my donut is laying in the bag upside down so all the toppings are just stuck to the bag instead.when I get to my desk and bite my donut its rock hard. Really trying to find some positive aspect of my experience and I just can't.
Dunkin is solid. I've never had a bad experience. Staff was very nice. You order all thru the kiosk and then there immediately putting the order together. I got a Sourdough breakfast sandwich and I was very surprised not only how delicious it was but that it wasn't smothered in butter like most Sourdough breakfast sandwiches are. Coffee is good! And a few doughnut holes to go! The blueberry ones are my fav.
One of my favorite Dunkin donuts, I'm a little closer to the El Monte location but I enjoy their service here, the employees are awesome and always make my drinks good. Only issue is when you are doing a mobile order it says some of the customized items say they are unavailable but they actually are so I'll just order my Ice coffee black and when I walk in I'll tell them what I wanted and they will add it in.
This is my favorite place to get my ice latte, coffee's, and dounts! The atmosphere is so incredible luxurious. This is definitely the best lounge area I have ever seen that includes over the head heaters and very comfortable seats! For a small space, it feels very relaxing and has a nice, warm-friendly vibe. Inside is a very beautiful clean small space and this store is a cashless place and only takes a card. I have no complaints about this food place in all the times I visit.
Inside is clean pleasantly served with taken orders drinks and donuts are good, outdoor has relaxed nature under a big porch with solid tables and seats.
Shout out to Manager/Supervisor Jonathan for the awesome way he managed a morning rush while kindly training a new hire. It warmed my heart & gave me faith in humanity. Keep letting your kindness shine through!
I had been having good breakfast meals here be it croissant cheese, sausage and eggs. They have a variety of breakfast meals. And the Manager and Staff Members who had been multi tasking with many orders and respect what they do. Thank you very much for the wonderful meals and great services. My 3rd visit this early morning.
I like to interact with people.not placing my order on a machine.but to save money. I get it.
I like Dunkin' Donuts however it was almost impossible to get up to the door because it's located up steps and I use a walker to be able to walk. There's no ramp unless you walk back half a block and then go through dining areas and things like that just to get to a donut shop. A gentleman assistant me and carried my Walker up the steps while I held on to the bannister. I doubt I will go back there because that is just too much and too dangerous. What happened to accessibility for disabled people when it comes to Dunkin' Donuts?
Don’t come here unless you have the app. This place does not know how to talk to people or help customers unless it's thru the app.
I have gone twice in the past couple weeks and the tall dark-haired man who seems to be the manager is so incredible. He's very kind and calm and patient, even when there are tons of customers needing something from him at once. Seems to have a good sense of humor as well!
The rest of the staff is doing a great job, too.
My go-to drink is an iced Americano (sometimes with blueberry) and it's always tasty and refreshing.
This location (maybe all locations?) has changed to kiosk ordering only. The staff were clearly overwhelmed with complicated online orders and in person kiosk orders were put on the backburner. It took 15 minutes just to get the two donuts I was forced to order through the kiosk.
Service is a little chaotic. Had to remind staff that we were waiting. But they were polite once they realized that had forgotten my order.
Ordered takeaway, waited for a long time, and ended up missing a lot of things, rubbish restaurant
This Dunkin’ is awful. They take forever, always mess up the order, and their coffee tastes like it was made with dishwater. We’ve given them multiple chances and they never fail to disappoint.
