Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
16Ok donut shop, not a lot of variety in the afternoon. Very few places to sit. More of a grab and go place.
Jjay is the sweetest soul i’ve ever met at any dunkin’ in the United States.wonderful people like that always make me come back and for this location i’m coming back for JAY. I appreciate you!
I don't know if it's a cafeteria or a nightclub since it has a lot of noise and that's bad and they even allow bicycles inside, what an outrage.
Bad organization, the cash register machine where they charge was being fixed, the girl who was collecting next to the ice cream does everything as a cashier and is in charge of preparing the orders, a long wait time of more than 20 minutes.
This place has to stop letting the guy at the register stick his dirty hand that touched money into the donut bags it is very unsafe for people to eat donuts in these conditions
Dunkin' surpassed my expectations! Their coffee was bold and satisfying, and their donuts were pure bliss. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff made it a hidden gem worth discovering. A must-visit for coffee lovers in LA!
I’ve never had a bad encounter at this store with one of your employees. I bought four dozen doughnuts.the employee has three nose rings which to me, looks unprofessional.so as I’m waiting formy donut, then employee sees me, tapping the glass and sees my children tapping the glass because there is a fly a big fat fly. I asked employee to not give me the last donut on the second row middle basket because that fly was sitting there for a while, instead of your employee looking at the basket, she stares at me and keeps saying this one this one which I’m pretty sure anybody will find it. Annoying. Moving forward. She was putting my four box in one plastic bag. I asked for an extra plastic bag which I don’t mind paying for that plastic bag. She comes back with a paper bag the tall cashier, Guy asked her. Do we not have any more plastic bags she stares at him to basically be quiet.
The service is great here but personally, i am not a fan of their coffee or drier doughnuts.
Great service delicious food and drinks. Even though we was there very late and the person helping us was the only one working aside from the person in the kitchen. Both the men very curious and polite.
Purchased coffee, but couldn't purchase refill. Had to buy another coffee full price. Never again, Yum Yum Donuts, and Winchells do sale refills
This has to be the Worst Drink I Ever had. Tasted like bitter medicine. A waste of $4+. This location often gets the order wrong as well. Always double check what your charged for.
Ordered an iced caramel swirl that ended up tasting watery.and the donut selection was very minimal.customer service was ok but I don't think I will be returning to this location. FYI it's a Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts. I think they should stick to one if you ask me.as far as pricing goes I bought 4 donuts and a drink for about $11 and the place was clean overall.
I was looking for a quick breakfast and found this spot on Google, so I stopped by.
I ordered a five piece glazed munchkins, a sausage croissant sandwich along with a latte with almond milk. The donut holes were good & the croissant’wich was pretty good, I think it’s as good as Jack’n a box’s version. The coffee was also pretty good, great flavor and temperature. The topper is probably the most ergonomic plastic lid I’ve ever had, weird to say but it was a great cover.
Great spot to get a quick snack and good coffee. Plenty of parking and it’s in a lot with a lot of other stores.
I couldn't choose what I wanted to eat because the ice cream was too melted to fit with a spoon.
The staff are far from friendly.
The atmosphere is too crowded and the parking lot is also complicated.
When I walked in with my girlfriend around 5pm on a Saturday night, they were in the midst of being busy with 4 customers in the store. Things looked like they were heading out of control, but the Dunkin employees pulled it together. Ordered a chocolate shake that was off the chain.
