Dunkin' Donuts reviews
23This place doesn't even deserve a one star, it deserves 0. Horrible assistance and they don't accept coupons. Not recommended and their drinks tastes so bad.
Very clean, fresh donuts, excellent coffee. But not friendly and the service was not that great.
Double chocolate donuts are life! One of the best things about Dunkin Donuts is how they are willing/able to make so many of their drinks using decaf. For those of us under doctor's orders to cut caffeine, it is life saving for when those iced coffee cravings hit hard! Using the app is great, too - you can earn free drinks, get special offers, and customize orders.
Don't eat donuts or bagels often. Grew up in sf and never heard of Uncle Benny's. Got that Drake in my feelings song in my head.trap money uncle benny.lol.donuts do you love me.bagels do you love me.
The place was empty, really really chill and relaxing. The hot chocolate was hot but it was good!
Horrific! Coffee and donuts weren't bad it's walking from the back parking lot to the entrance on the side walk along 12th St. The smell of dog and/or human feces! I mentioned to the supervisor about the smell what can they do to remedy the stench. Dreaded walking back to my car which I walked partially in the street but the horrific ordure of excrement met me at my car, unfortunately, brought by Santa Monica breeze.
The City's Health Dept may need to pay a visit to Dunkin' Donuts.
I walked in at 4: 30 p.m. On a Friday. Apparently they were out of donuts. I asked if they were going to make any more donuts and the girl behind the counter said "No". Then I asked what time they closed and she said 10 p.m. I decided instead to go to IHOP and thankfully they were still making pancakes.
Coffee is delicious, fast and inexpensive. I prefer their coffee to 80% of the boutique pourover joints here in LA. It's light bodied, flavorful, and slightly sweet.
Absolutely terrible! This chain is usually very solid with very good coffee. Not this place. The coffee was so bad I threw it out and I didn’t realize the cream cheese on the bagels is extra! There was hardly any on my bagel. I’ll never be back to this location.
West Coast people may turn their noses up to the Double D but damn this place is consistently tasty from coast to coast.
I'm more of a Munchkin's girl myself and always have been. I love picking up a box of 25 Munchkin's here for my teammates, which are only $6. I can get just 2 donuts for that price from anywhere else.
The service at this location is exceptional, their branding is cute and I'll definitely be back for my affordable donuty sugar fix.
Disappointed that they didn't have the cosmic donuts, but they're still advertised on their window Loved our drinks at least!
Hard to get fresh donuts at this location.
The donuts are displayed with the new donuts in the back of the store until
The day olds are gone.
Donuts are OK. Not sure what the hype is about. DK's on Santa Monica Blvd a few blocks away is much better!
Good service, plus Dunkin'Donuts coffee always tastes so good no matter where you are in the country. Something you can not do with other coffee chains.
This is how American coffee should taste like.
Very disappointed with the hours the used to be open till 11 but now they close at 9 some nights and it looks like 10 other nights. Most of the Dunkin Donuts out here only stay open till 11 but this one closes super early in what's funny is a couple other coffee shops on the same street stay open till least 10.
Their sandwiches are good, but I have noticed with this particular location even after a certain time of night they stop making them. The coffee is okay at best. The donuts are not fresh as they do not make them there as opposed to Krispy Kreme.
Ordered 2 dozen donuts. For the first time in my many visits, the cashier casually brushed me aside and started serving five other customers. Okay, I got that it was busy morning time and what not. Finally she caught me standing there still waiting and proceeded to impatiently dumped the donuts in the box. Okay, I got that too; maybe her other coworkers were supposed to help out. Finally got my boxes. NOT a single word of apology. Really?
Parking in the back is wonderful for a quick stop before going to the office. Fast service even if there is a line, don't let it steer you away.
I love DK but this one didn't have quite the selection of donuts I was hoping for. Clean and relatively new place. So glad DK is in LA now.
They occasionally mess up, but are fast and usually get it right. For the price and cost, you can't beat it.
Not the best place to get your Dunkin Donuts fix. Coffee was horrible and staff were very unfriendly. (manager included)
