Very good place for socailizing/studying.much quieter than starbucks & power outlets are located throughout:) coffee is WAY better & better priced too!

Had different types of donuts here. Staff is really awesome.
In case required donut was not picked then they take the responsibility by throwing donut into dustbin and take fresh donut which is a good one for you. That ownership needs to be appreciated. Staff makes Dunkin Donuts to run such longer journey. It takes care if employees I think. That is why they are taking care of customers.

The donuts were good, but the female cashier gave the impression that she didn’t want to do anything and was very rude when I just wanted to correct my order.

They have done a great job with an expansive menu, ie breakfast offerings. The donuts are still good (but they really should be using a better butter cream base frosting). I really think they need lots of work with respects to their drive thru because it takes too long! Don't pull in Hungry if its early morning or a few cars ahead of you. It is pure madness Waiting for them to microwave all their breakfast trappings. Which for one, I do not like eating "electric foods" of any kind Period.

Good employees but I didn't realize Dunkin donuts aren't very tasty. I guess if your starving they serve a purpose. I was starving

Ordered a dozen donuts and about half of them were wrong when I got home, even though they repeated each one back to me. Would not use the drive through here again.

Service is not quick even there were nobody at counter. Maybe most of people are using mobile orders now because people are picking up orders.

I ordered two ice coffee on two consecutive day and both were not up to my expectations. One was two weak and the other was bitter and not with pink sweetner as I asked but with sugar.

Not only does this Dunkin water down their coffee they are have zero problem giving you a latte that is just milk and regular coffee instead of espresso.
I’m very over being ripped off by this terrible Dunkin’ Donuts location.

The donuts are great! But they often run out of inventory by the end of the day (to be expected).

Usually pretty fast service. Can take a while if the lines inside or in drive thru are long. Popular location here.

Clean and modern look. Bathroom, USB ports and electrical outlets, and indoor/outdoor seating. Employees are generally friendly.

I recommend trying their frozen coffee. Delish!

This place sucks. I went through the drivethrue and ordered a dark black coffee. They gave me decaf and let me drive away. They shouldnt take my money for something and give me something else. Now I'm stuck at work with no energy.

Nice Dunkin Donut in Irvine. Nice ambience. The bagels are good too. They have lot beverages too.

I ordered 2 frozen coffees and asked for whip cream on both, neither came with any. And my breakfast sandwich I got the bagel was maybe toasted for a second.

I haven’t been to DD since the 90s. I was shocked to see such a nice DD! My daughter loves the donuts. The ambience and decor totally different from the hole in the wall it used to be.

I was surprised when I walked in on Sunday at 7: 00am to be the only one there. Second time trying the donuts and was not really impressed, they are thick and not fluffy. Really prefer Donut Star on Alton since they taste fresher.

The actual store is nice, and definitely recommended for studying. The donuts and drinks are definitely overpriced, and the taste most certainly doesn't reflect the price.

This Dunkin Donuts always seems to be out of everything. I went at 10 am they didn’t have glazed donuts, strawberry sprinkle donuts, cold brew coffee or croissants.

I am so happy they opened a DD close to my neighborhood. Their donuts are great, and so their breakfast croissants.

I love that there is a DD so close to work. Totally brings me back to home in NY. Maree is a great asset as well!

Worker with blonde hair and tattoos serving us in the drive thru got mad when we switched our coffee flavor. We switched it before she even started making it. Coffee was gross and she purposely gave us the wrong donuts. Had to go in to get the right donuts we ordered.
