Easily the worst dog wash I have ever seen. First off it took them an hour and a half which for a basic bath is completely unreasonable. You couldn’t trim my dogs front nails even WITH a muzzle on her, couldn’t blowdry her all the way nor even bother to brush her. Then when I came back to get my dog you were keeping them in kennels like you were about to put her down because she wasn’t adopted. Whoever gave you a license to operate needs an eye exam because they are clearly blind. I still had to pay $40 for this pathetic attempt at a grooming. I understand a shiba is hard to groom, but if your job is to do nothing but groom dogs, you should be able to. My dog was crying in the car on the way home it was that bad. Will never ever come back to this poor excuse for a groomer.

I have a complete family of groomers back in my home town so I was skeptical of taking my dog anywhere else but the people here are pretty nice. The girl who booked my appointment was kind and accommodating. Dee groomed my dog and she did such a great job especially since I’ve seen how my dog can get. I get really bad anxiety leaving my dog in anyone else’s care, but she really made me feel at ease. Great job. <3

Staff is always great both of my girls don’t like water or blow dryers and they always leave happy.

Great spot in Bay Park/Clairemont. My pup did NOT like going to Petsmart. This place, he was a happy pup! Makes sense that they were busy, people were friendly, it was low key and I was in and out, easy breezy.

We took our bernedoodle in for a monthly grooming and Jackie did HORRIBLE. We brush him almost every day with professional grade doodle combs and take care of his coat. (We completely understand the difficulties of trimming doodles) We wanted a good short cut, but she unexpectedly buzzed him and told us it was because he was matted. (He wasn’t. I spend hours a week combing him) AND she left MANY uneven patches of long hair scattered throughout his body. His tail was butchered and Jackie did not listen to how we wanted to cut his face. She was condescending, and her speedy exit right after tells us that she did not want to take the time to properly trim him (he was the last dog of her day.) She rushed and butchered the job! Then they charged us $125 for a buzz cut and they just said “sorry that’s just the price” when we paid WAY less our last trim. Do NOT recommend!

Brought my pup here for a grooming session and they were wonderful. Very easy, quick, and they took real good care of her. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, plenty of treat options and other pet supplies, set up for you to groom your own pet or have them do it. Maritza is the best one there! Does fantastic with my ding dong husky and my client's husky as well. Fair prices for the industry. I live almost 30mins away and they're worth the gas and time driving over for my dog's grooming every 4 weeks. Parking can be a little iffy sometimes, as is pulling out of the parking lot onto Clairemont Drive. There are several blind spots unfortunately. Other than that (which is no fault of the business), everything else there is great! Remember, ask for Maritza, she's AMAZING.

Usually bring my girl here for full service, but yesterday 06/17/23 at 12pm who ever bath and trimmed my girl did an amazing job she looks really really beautiful! Want to thank everyone at Dunk n Dogs keep it up.

I love coming to this place for grooming, dog food/treats, and self washes! It’s one of my top favorite places to come for the pups. The groomers are very sweet and understanding and the owner is really nice and willing to help out if you need anything.

I had to go back to Arizona for a while, and I sure did miss Erica at Dunkin dogs. She’s trust worthy, thorough and loves my CHLOE! A pro through and through

Our first time. We were actually happy with our last place but they left our dog in the cage waiting too long. This place charges more and it cost more than what we were quoted on the phone but they did a great job and we were in: out shortly after two hours so very happy with the experience overall.

Now a repeat customer. Love the people and convenience. Very happy with the communications and service. Bea my German Shepard looks beautiful. Also they had food and treats check it out.

Not only did they treat my baby great but they even put a bow on her. Recommend over big box places.
