The boxes I ordered ended up being too big and Durapak gladly accepted the return for a nominal restocking fee plus I had my refund in three days.well worth the drive to save the return shipping! Looking forward to buying next year's and hopefully every year's ornament boxes here!

Desk lady called some guy "Jose" on the radio, gangster looking big guy that shaves his legs, to pull my order and guy was super slow to pull 3 items.very limited stock.they only carry like 10 items just different sizes.super small warehouse, yet extremally slow service. Do not waste your time here. And dont lie on your reply, i was the only customer there. Warehouse was not busy at all. Not only that i was waiting for 12 minutes after 9am and it was still closed. Had to come back later. Website says it opens at 9am. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Super slow pick up service. The worst. The heavy set guy full of tattoos that works there is super slow. I was waiting for my pick up order to be pulled and i literally watched the guy dragging his feet! Walking super slow. Very disappointed. Never coming here again.

Very affordable prices, always got what I need and very covid safe pick up. Everyone is very welcoming. Including the front desk woman.

I just wish the attitude of the lady (owner I guess) in the front desk was better. When you step in she gives you this look as if you’re a piece of trash, I purchased twice at this location more than $500 every time and I was so pleased with the products but the attitude she has just pushed me away. Really disappointed!

They do business out of tiny storage warehouse. Basic warehouse supplies are offered but limited. I asked for custom logos for my company but their production capability is limited and lead time is way too long. I took my business to Papermart located in Tustin.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE NASTY LADY IN THE FRONT OFFICE. PLACED ORDER ONLINE AND NOT EVEN FINISHED. TREATS YOU LIKE YOUR 3 YEARS OF AGE. HAS NO MANNERS.
