Dutch Bros Coffee, Santa Rosa CA

TLDR: quick service, above average prices and average coffee.

I have been to a few Dutch bros and I still think the coffee is decent but not spectacular. I have the nitro cold brew with cream no sugar and it was pretty mediocre. It wasn’t extra smooth or anything that stood out. My friend got a really sweet drink which she enjoyed but then it was way too sweet for my taste

Employees are wonderful and the drinks are awesome! I love the fact that they're open pretty late unlike any other coffee shops.

First timers - get a free cup on the house, friendly people. If you need someone to make you smile or a little pick me up - come here! Just be prepared to sit in your car and wait for a little bit.

Drive through can be very hectic and occasionally blocks traffic on Pacific Ave. The two lane line from Mendo definitely helps. Can't wait for the Hopper store.

I love coming here for coffee and their rebel drinks. The drinks are always on point, but the lines here are incredibly slow. There’s 2 lanes, but you could end up waiting up to an hour for 1 drink. Also difficult to hear the staff when they’re wearing masks.

I've been going to thus Duth bros for years now and honestly in recent times it's been getting worse with traffic and staffing. I'm lactose intolerant and I've specifically asked for almond milk every time and make sure they read it back to me. And 5x or more I've gotten with milk. I work nights and I get coffee to help me stay up at work and it's not a good feeling being extremely bloated at work.

Popular drive up place but these people are prepared with tablets to take your order and multiple lines. Looked very organized. I parked and ordered a large black coffee, haha. There were a couple tables so you could sit outside. I enjoyed the experience; I haven't been to a Dutch Brothers for many years.

I went here today to get my birthday drink and the double rainbo iced tea is amazing. Very refreshing and would so get again! I love this place and it was sticker day. Got this cool sticker which is awesome.

This is literally my favorite place. There hasn't been a single Dutch Bros that I haven't absolutely loved. If you haven't tried Dutch Bros, you need to go NOW. The drive through can be a little frustrating, but the friendly atmosphere makes it worth it (and the delicious drinks). My drink of choice is a Medium Blended Half-Sweet Ray of Sunshine Rebel. I love it. You will too!

My friend went here everyday for years. When she left town she cried and the people here knew her on a first name basis, knew her drink order and almost cried themselves when they were told my friend was moving. I've never been to a coffee shop that cared that much. 10000000x better than Starbucks. Amazed.

I've been going here for years and had no trouble and fast service. This past couple of months have been unbelievably slow. Only 7 cars in front of me and it takes them 45 minutes to get the drinks out. Last time I was here the lady that took my order gave me attitude and didn't even tell me who I was after. Probably the last time I will ever go here until they change staff

Good coffee. This location can use some help with traffic always running into the busy intersection near SRJC. Friendly service!

Will the coffee stands for it self by the lines that block the bike line and entersection that the only I don't like the rest the coffee and people that work there work there best to deliver a great cup of coffee just don't block the streets it public right of way not your parking lot for your private business

I go to dutch bros about everyday. I was traveling and went to this one. They really should get a new location. Hard pulling in hard pulling out. Good way to get an accident. It was the worst dutch bros I ever went to. Went there twice. Told them they made my drink wrong and it tasted like milk had no coffee taste. Didn't seem to concerned and then made it the same way again.

My experience the two times I went were horrible. Trying to get into their crowd parking lot was nothing but a cluster. Easy to close to a very busy intersection. My drink tasted absolutely horrible. Obviously their staff need more training on their menu. Both times my order was wrong. No coffee taste at all. Tasted like milk and made completely wrong. The second time I went in, I explainef to the girl and told her I was not happy with my drink yesterday and explain to her what I wanted and again it was horrible. I don't recommend this establ8shment to anyone expecting a good drink
