Always excellent customer service. It was really busy and the Mafia were literally running drinks out to cars because the lines were so long. Made the wait to exit the drivethru bearable.
There's only a few of the OGs left at this establishment but the new people are definitely just as nice and sweet! Even though I miss those old school faces everyone that works at this particular Dutch Bros has a sweet smile and great personalities!
Love the Caramelizer but this time coffee wasn't good at all first time being disappointed.
Great fast service, friendly staff we love getting Dutch Bros on our road trip. There wasn't one in San Francisco so we found this one on our Route.

The slowest Dutch Bros in Northern California. It takes 20 minutes to move 4 cars. An absolute joke. Its also causing a traffic jam on West Texas Blvd. I've been coming here since they opened on day 1, they have truly earned this 1 star rating. Davis, Dixon and Sac Dutch Bros all are better.
Great coffee but the line is discouraging. Certainly not a place to go if you're in a hurry
Line is always a little long so don't go if you're in a hurry but other than that, it's a solid coffee house. Lots of fun flavors if you're into that
Had to get my fix, sucks that this is the closest one to me (45 mins away) but worth the drive!
I love Dutch bros so much, and I can honestly say I spend 85% of my income on Dutch Bros coffee, I always feel welcome, and everyone still has a smile; I couldn't recommend this place enough.
Really good & a vast menu.the wait in the drive thru is so long at times it should be illegal.

Tried the iced Banaynay Carmelizer this morning. So good. Banaynay is a secret menu thing where they add banana and dark chocolate. I may have to banaynay all my coffee there from now on.
Their service was excellent and I can see why it's up there with Starbucks on terms of quality and flavor. Their drink names are an A+ and the employees are efficient and helpful. It is definitely worth the wait if you decide to get something. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants to get a good drink and I especially recommend a German Chocolate Blended if you were to go there!
