I like Dutch Bros because thay give me that Bay area alternative feeling.old school service with a modern classiy touch

Most D-Bro’s are pretty good, but this one is particularly great. The people here are super friendly and the drinks are consistently well made. I know it’s all supposed to be the same recipe, but I’ve been to a a few that show no love in making the drink. One in Reno had the worst mix of personalities and the drinks were gross. My point is it can happen.

I love their drinks. My favorite is palm peach green tea (cold). Customer service is always great. They don't serve food so I don't know why they have stars to click on for food.

Dutch Bros is my go to off I want a coffee drink. Fast, friendly service. The one time I was given an incorrect drink they seemed genuinely sorry and dropped everything to fix the issue right away

I have never felt the need to make a review about Dutch Bros until now. I have always been a huge fan of Dutch Brothers, but this location and one other location here in Stockton Ca need some serious attention from management.

Yesterday 7/27/23- I went through the Drive Thru and the Broista that helped me seemed nice, but she kept making comments about my dogs in the car. At first she was like, "Wow! How many dogs are there? ! That's a lot of dogs! " and so I just smiled even though I understood her connotation (and it wasn't kind, it was judgmental) and then she proceeded to continue (although I was trying to order and ignore the first comment) she proceeded, "How do you even tell them apart? There's so many and they all look alike". This whole interaction irked me so bad. I have FOUR dogs. I think that is simple math and easy enough to see. Like I understand people aren't "dog" people, but you got a job at a company that literally hands out pup cups. I expect professionalism at the very least especially after paying over $5/6 a coffee.

Today 7/28/23- I went through the Drive Thru early (6am-ish) and no one was standing in the lane, but the Broista that helped me at the window had this aggravated look when she saw me pull up to the window. I immediately felt uncomfortable. I almost asked if they were open yet, and she looked so annoyed, but then she proceeded to ask me what I would like to order. I knew I wanted a hot coffee and I was trying to ask what types of coffee they carry (bean flavors and strength). I don't normally buy hot coffee from them but I ran out of oat milk at home. So my order took a little longer than usually, but I wouldn't say more than 2 minutes tops. I also asked for four pup cups and I had my dogs with me again. They absolutely love seeing the Broistas and they get so excited for the car ride. Well after I placed my order, she made the drink and I paid. The entire time I was so uncomfortable because of her aura. When she started handing me the pup cups, I asked for a carrier because I don't want the dogs to make a mess in the car. She just looked so pissed and annoyed and she did the same thing when I asked for the stopper after she handed me my drink.

I literally have chosen Dutch Bros over Starbucks many times because I usually always felt love and happiness from the Broistas, but I think I'm done with this company. I would rather buy a coffee at 7-Eleven, and expect the bad customer service. I am so disappointed and I don't appreciate ever being made to feel uncomfortable because I show up early and I ask for things. I am paying for this service and I am always kind and respectful. I should get the same kindness and respect.

I know this is a fan favorite but I just feel like they are ridiculously overpriced and the drive thru is often very slow

Their energy drinks or awesome I’m not much of a coffee drinker so then having a bunch of non coffee options is cool

I lived in Oregon the last 10 years so to come to Stockton an be able to still have this is nice. My kids love there non coffee items as well so I'm sure they have customers for life

Unbelievably long line to wait in for coffee, amazing what human's will do. But, then the price! Sure, the coffee was great, buuuuuut. $11.00 for a large coffee, I'm sorry, but nothing is that great. And drive thru only, now that's how you keep the unhappy customers from coming back

Love dutch bros, but I am very unhappy with the fact of paying more for the same drink when you get it on pacific. $2 more.

I just visited couple of days ago and the line was long and they moved it fast.sam greeted me with a smile and she was so happy her energy was so positive and I loved her I will be back to this dutch bro because of her. Thank u sam so much keep it up. Give sam a raise she deserves it.

If you have never been to Dutch brothers, look it up. But that being said this Dutch Bros is fast and how fast may you ask even when the line is around the building and out in the street it took less than 10 minutes for me to get all the way up and get my order very fast the order was made well. The people were very friendly that work there. Very delicious. I was there with my daughter, and we both give it a thumbs up.

Friendly bunch of employees. Better than normal. Can't say enough good thi is about them.
