Sugar free hot chocolate was disappointing. They were out of the drink I ordered a few day's ago which was discovered at the window. I'm wondering why the person taking the order's didn't know.

This Dutch is THE SLOWEST Dutch in the AV. I usually wait in line for about half an hour, and they also let a whole line of cars cut in front of me and a few other folks waiting an extra long time. I hate this Dutch.

Probably the friendliest group of people around. They just opened in our area and they're
already are becoming my favorite place to grab a drink to go!

This location takes FOREVER, every time. I've been here several times and Ive never had prompt service.
Employees, however, are pleasant, so that balances out the experience.

Staff is always super friendly and courteous. Drink quality is super consistent and always spot on. This is the only location I've experienced that, though. Keep it up, guys

They need to build one in the San Fernando Valley. I have to drive to Lancaster to enjoy this great coffee

Slow.every time i regret coming here. They're so slow. Seems like a gang out spot for the young employees.

Thumbs up to this Dutch Bros location. Every time I come to this location I get nothing but great customer service. The staff is always happy and friendly to me. If I am not satisfied with my order they are always willing to make sure I am satisfied. I want to thank Ashley and Von. There is other staff that I want to thank as well but sorry I forget your name but you know who you are. Just know I will be a regular. Thank you!

My brother loves this chain, and I've gone to several with him. Each time, it's the same experience. There are always order complications, I never get the correct order, and staff can't seem to understand what a regular black coffee is, no matter what location I'm at it feels as though someone is trying their absolute best to showcase the standards for a Darwin Award.

When this location open it was really fast but then all of sudden there service is really slow I work across the street and it takes them almost 20 to 30 min to provide me with drinks and they are not that busy its a shame I'd rather drive to other location father and get my drinks faster

Love Dutch Bros but this location. I don't think their staff is efficient. Took 45 minutes to get a coffee.

Went through the drive-through yesterday and ordered a large cookie freeze and the girl that took my order had me tap my card and she added a two dollar tip to it didn’t realize until I check my bank statement so everybody watch out these guys are thieves. Don’t trust them The Lancaster, California Avenue K.

The coffee drinks here are amazing. Better service than Starbucks and much better drinks. Ordered fruit drinks and they are not my favorite (mango, coco) so I’ll stick to coffee drinks

This location was busy, but they were working efficiently and took our order within 5 minutes. They pay attention to all your customizations and add ons, plus they’re super nice and chop it up with you while you order. Would return

Their always on point with the drinks but takes way to long to get serve drive through is super packed at any time. If your going to place order here before coming to work make sure u spare 30 minutes just waiting on a drink.

Again they are slow and the double lane is not efficient. My Golden Eagle was made as I waited at the window from the brew to the final handoff. I waited thru 12 cars taking 20 min To reach the window. They do always have sugarfree.
