Dutch Bros Coffee, Bakersfield CA

Thought it was a piece of coffee bean but it was an ant.

Drive though line was a bit busy but they helped us quick. Next time I'll double check my drinks for bugs.

I ordered two rebel drinks, 1 small and 1 medium from the drive through, which came out to 15 dollars. Not only did the drinks taste watered down but they were filled to the top with ice even though I asked for light ice. Disappointed

Visited 1week ago. Ordered a regular size blended coffee. $6.75 asked did price increase.cashier yes we did.customer the last to know.

The only reason why I give this spot a 3 is because no matter the location you get the same drink but out of all the Dutch bros in Bakersfield and trust me I go to them all they are the slowest location. Easily 15 min almost every time and I’ve tried getting off and it’s even longer so you might as well waste your gas and stay in line. They also seem to have the most employees on hand almost every time, I’ve been to the one on Chester and Rosedale when they only had 2 people working and got completely slammed with people and I’ve never waited as long as I wait here every.time.with multiple people in the back and someone outside taking orders. But Other than that like I said it’s a Dutch bros so you will get your drink the way you want it’s guarantee and they are super nice just very slow workers.

Literally the best ever. Always friendly and delicious. Try the orange cranberry muffin top.

Service used to be wonderful speed of service was good quality of product tasted great, now it's just "meh"

I didn't get the name of the drive-thru worker. Around 8: 30 p.m. On August 20,2023, she took our order and was very nice and professional. She wore long braids.thank you for your kind words. You are a peoples person! Your suggestion of a sweet coffee was perfect!

: EDIT: They got there wait times down, they just are way too busy with the drive thru.
I use the walk up window and it takes them on average 10 minutes to get me my single drink.
I will be trying a different location from now on.

Ok so I have FINALLY learned my lesson. Do not go to the Dutch Bros coffee place on Columbus and Haley. Unless you enjoy sitting in your car at a TOTAL standstill for a minimum of 20 minutes. Last time we sat in the heat (I think it was 103 that day.), for no less than 45 minutes! No explanation, no apologies! It's never been an issue for me at any other Dutch Bros. Just this one. Get it together guys!
