Dutch Bros Coffee, Stockton CA

I had previously uploaded a review on yelp, figured I’d take my fiancé with me this time so everything runs smooth. We get there and order and it’s the same vibe like unwanted and my fiancé is so shocked because they don’t ever act like this when she just comes, we get to the window and it’s just awkward looking at us like we’re weird. My fiancé asked for her coffee to be extra sweet and they made it extra bitter I asked for coconut milk inside my drink and they gave me nothing again they weren’t listening. I went back to the window and the girl seen me looked so annoyed completely ignored me at the window until another worker said he was clocking out to help me, I let her know if this can be sweeter since it was bitter she just gave attitude and said asks for sweetness next time yet we did then I said I ordered coconut milk with this and her response was I didn’t see coconut milk on the drinks ingredients grabs a milk carton and says but here’s almond milk. Like are kidding right now are you that miserable with your job to act so unprofessional and especially the person taking the order they don’t listen at all, my fiancé did not believe me until she experienced that yesterday with me and this is my 3rd time coming to Dutch bros. For the workers that are miserable and don’t want to listen to the customers order maybe find a job not in customer service. I’ll just keep going to Starbucks then if that’s how they want customers to be treated, 0 stars if I could

Last few times are Drinks havent tasted right i dont know if they changed how much stuff they stuck in them but they been tasting not sweet had to ask for more stuff! 2 dutch bros we arent going back to! @ our drinks were ready we could see the kids in the back were just fooling around! Atleast give use our drinks First!

Love Redbull mojito so fresh.

Love this place! Everyone is alway up beat and even tho the line can get long it well worth it.

Slowest drive thru in the 209. When we finally got to the window I could tell by the weight of the drinks, that something was wrong. 3 quarters of the drink was foam. We would of returned them but wasn't ready to wait in that line again. We love Dutch Bros but this location does a dis-service to the name.

Only came to get a gift card for my mother so I can't speak on the drinks, but the workers have great attitude and customer service, very friendly.

I got a large mangonada lemonade blended and was given a rebel that was blended and I'm 8 months pregnant! You guys need to have your staff pay attention to peoples order and not be so negligent. I knew the taste was off.

911 is the greatest drink ever if I could have one everyday it would be a dream come true. But I can't afford that, lol that are GREAT

Waited in the drive through for 35 min just to get to the window to order coffee was great though and very friendly service

The slowest Dutch bros. Have been In line for 15 minutes and counting. During the morning rush is really unacceptable. Will just use the one in Lodi off Cherokee, they are so much faster.

Dutch Bros in general tops Starbucks, but this location is my general stop and I love the characters of all that work at this spot. Always smiling, always so helpful when breaking down the menu and trying new drinks. Awesome location with amazing staff.

My friends would always tell me to try DutchBros their damn near addicted to it, but I just didn’t see all the flare at first glance so I never bothered to stop by.that is until today and wow! Their customer service is very welcoming I also like the fact they have music playing as we wait for our drinks to be made & I have to shoutout the girl who took my order, I believe her name was Jackie and she was very helpful she was also nice enough to give my dog Rex a pup cup treat so I’d like to say thanks again for such a great first visit will definitely be coming back again!

They really need to hire better employees if I pay for a kids vanilla steamer at kids temp I expect kids temp a piping hot drink for a child that will cause harm. If they remake it add the vanilla I did not pay for cold milk. I also expect the window person to be nice about remaking it not rolling her eyes annoyed and then her being upset with me after I call her out this might not be the place for employment for the eye brow tattooed girl ….

I come here on Sunday mornings and the staff is always helpful and friendly. They're always trying to get to know their customers and chat while drinks are being made. My first time trying the Christmas morning chai. It was good.

Drinks are great. Employees made it very quickly. Only thing is, it's very expensive. 2 drinks for almost $17 is crazy.
