Called the parts department to buy a fuel pressure regulator harness/hose. Wanted to make sure I was getting right part, wanted to charge me 10 times what a online part store was charging, knew it would be more for the peace of mind but come on.wouldn’t even confirm a part number because they knew 160$ for a 17$ part in robbery. Buy parts elsewhere.

Dutton continues to be one of the best dealerships around. Just purchased another vehicle from them and I am extremely satisfied. Malik and Rudy made the process very simple and made sure I received the best deal possible. I highly recommended Dutton and will be back in the future. Their customer service is outstanding.

Stephan and Ceasar were very helpful in getting my nephew into a 2022 Kia K5 Gt line. Although they were shorthanded they gave me and my sister (who financed the car and Ceasar gave a great deal on the car!) courtesy throughout the whole process.

It was a great experience buying a vehicle at Dutton Buick GMC. Most of the transaction was done over the phone/email. When i arrived all that was left was to sign documents. Saved time and was not pressured to buying the vehicle. Staff at Dutton are not forcing you to purchase a vehicle. They assist you to your dream vehicle and any questions you may have. I would recommend Dutton Buick GMC to family and friends. Thank you Dutton.

Absolutely horrendous sales team. The aren't looking to sell you a car or truck their main goal is to scalp you. If you point that out and ask for them to work on the price they will tell you "you can think of it that way" and will refuse to budge. You're getting a rebate for your purchase? Look again because they've adjusted sticker price due to the "pandemic" to take that from you. On top of that they "adjust for the market" and don't honor GM discount codes. Stealership is a better description. Waste of time and energy this place was.

Have an issue with my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 air conditioning system. Apparently, from what I have read, this is a known problem affecting more than just my year/make/model but there has been no recall issued. Yesterday, I telephoned the Dutton GMC service department to inquire about this issue and getting the problem fixed. I explained to the technician the issue, in totality, and his suggestion was that I call GMC corporate. So, I did telephone GMC corporate a few minutes afterwards. Corporate took the information and asked that I take the vehicle to my local GMC dealer (which happens to be Dutton GMC) and have them inspect the air conditioning system and then convey the findings back to GMC. So, with GMC case number in hand, I telephoned Dutton GMC service, once again, to schedule an appointment for inspection. Was told that the person managing the schedule had 'stepped away' but would return my call (as I gave my info). 24 hours later, still no call from Dutton service.

Terrible Management Dept.

I negotiated a price and APR w/ Jesse and Louis. A discount was applied by Jesse and when I was transferred to Louis. The “manager” says the discount was only valid on a different vehicle (I understand and move on).
Next, they run my credit (which I take a hit for), approve and break down everything on a 2022 GMC Sierra. They tell me that my wife does not have to drive down (1.5hrs away). Then, they say she does have to drive down because they did not have license plates on the vehicle and she needed to sign today. I do not argue, instead, i ask a family member to baby sit and give them $100.
Louis calls me within the hour to let me know that now… there is a recall on the 2022 GMC Sierra. I cannot pick up the truck. I ask the babysitter to return and pay her for the inconvenience.
I ask Louis to work with me on the discount that was initially promised and him and his manager Dave. Say no. Yet again, I was willing to work with them on everything that they asked. But I cannot get the same in return.

I then ask to speak with his manager Dave, and Louis tells me “As far as my manager, he’s at home with the comfort of his wife and family. If you really want a call from him I will have him call you at his convenience. ”

Very professional and unethical. Dave sends his sales reps to fight his battles and is not willing to work with his customers. If we as customers ask to speak with a manager, request should be granted. Great management style Dave.

Now I’m down $100 and a dink in my credit. For nothing. Great job Dutton Motor Company.

Dutton Motors provided me with the greatest customer service I've ever had. They made sure to ask me about my needs, with no pressure selling & the staff genuinely took the time to make sure that the vehicle I purchased was just exactly what I wanted! Big Kudos to the team. Mr. Hashim (Sales Rep.), Mr. Steve (Financial Rep.), & Ms. Andrea (General Sales Manager). 10 Thumbs Up!

Had the worst experience today at Dutton Service Department with MIKE ALDRIDGE the advisor. Technician JOHN VINCENT also does not care about the customer. Exited without fixing my possible warranty problem. MIKE made me feel terrible today. Thanks, Dutton.
