Good selection. A little pricey. Sale prices are normal prices anywhere else. Clerk was not friendly.

Employee was very disengaged. Didn’t greet when I entered the store. When asked a question it was a basic answer. When I asked for a fitting room he said okay. I asked if they were unlocked and his answer was like yes. I responded okay because I’m other location I’ve been too like Irvine and brea they are always closed. Just didn’t feel much energy from the guy that was there.

Sales Rep Brandon was amazing, patient, and very helpful. Will definitely return to make more purchases.

The only place to shop for big n tall clothes and shoes! Our usual salesman always eager to help. Greets us and makes us welcome. That makes us feel appreciated which if a rarity these days.

I am disabled I'm unable to walk I couldn't go into the store but Brandon literally brought out the items I wanted to buy let me see them help me beyond belif not only did he do that he did it at 5 minutes before they were closing and spent 10 minutes after the store was closed to continue to help me that is why I shop at DXL because you guys always go above and beyond the Call of Duty thank you Brandon very much for your help

I have always been well Taken Care of at the Townsquare store But Wow Casey was off the Charts Love Her.

The new sales lady is awesome, she is wonderful to deal with she knows how to make you comfortable, and more at ease to spend your money, other than that, your prices are just to high, we’re they not so high I would be there more often

The DXL attendant was excellent. I told him what I wanted and the size he totally new where the merchandise was. There was no searching looking around none of this how about this nope I got what I wanted bought and left.

I came in with my boyfriend to shop for a party outfit. When we first walked in we were right away greeted by David. He was very helpful and attentive. They take their time with you with showing you different options. GREAT customer service.

Very nice store. They have lot of nice clothes so it is easy to find something that I like. I really like that they have an in-house tailor to fit my pants exactly how I need them.

Whatever DXL is doing to train their staff needs to be copied by every other company in existence.
Theyre helpful without over asserting.
If I had one complaint, it would be the prices. I inderstand the lricing model, but simlly, i just dont make a whole lotta money.nevertheless, i will continue going here just because of the staff.

The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable about their products and clothing. The level of comfortability that the store sets is high. Worry free environment. For those of us that are big and tall know that most clothes stores are a bit uncomfortable due to the fact of uncertainty when it comes to clothes fitting right and or the fear of clothes not fitting at all. DXL has set a higher standard in this regard. While making sure that their clothes fit comfortably, the staff here in the Long Beach Town Center go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable in your own skin. Cheers gentleman.
