I have a vintage television that needed repair. I'm glad I called Dyna-Tech. Their repairman restored my television to perfect working order. It was returned to me without a scratch. Their service is excellent!

Kyle was super friendly and helpful, they fixed the back LEDs on our family’s 75 inch tv. Works flawlessly now! Thanks a lot!

We took our TV in and they gave us an estimate. I was a little leary, but it would save us money if it worked. When the parts came, they found there was more wrong than they thought. They said they had another TV they were working on and they could let us have it for the price they quoted us. The TV is nicer than the one we had. So far it works great. We are happy with their service. They were friendly and stood by their quote.

Kyle, came and picked up my Sony Tritatone console in 2 days. I'm having it fixed because in has never broke down since my parents bought it in 1980. Beautiful cabinet and great sound. Why not get it fixed? I have another Sony flat screen and the sound is so tinny compared to the old Sony.

I am a heavy equipment operator who had an accident & ran over my wireless remote that controls functions on the machine. I walked in hoping for the best, and that's just what I got! The remote was repaired, saving me hundreds.
Friendly service as well.

Thanks again for fixing my remote.

This is how repair places used to be, and the way they should be. I had an old Kodak slide projector that wasn’t working, slides wouldn’t advance. I gave Harry a call and after asking about the problem, he said was 50/50 that it could be one of two problems, one of which wasn’t fixable because it would require a part that’s no longer available. I took it in, and sure enough, the wrong thing was wrong. But Harry thought about it and came up with an unorthodox solution to make it work in a different way, without the part. I agreed, and before long he had it ready and working. Awesome, smart repair service! Also super nice folks.

If you are a complete geek like myself, and opt to use legacy equipment out of a pure drive for nostalgia, you will realize first-hand that older equipment requires very specific maintenance to stay running. Such was the case with my Philips CCB194AT31 CRT TV/VCR combo unit (made in the year 2000.) Back in 2018, the VCR carriage encountered an issue; in which a user would request to eject a tape, and the VCR would still think the cassette was inside the mechanism. As such, the entire TV set would promptly shut down seconds later. I was afraid I would be stuck with this issue for the remainder of the life-span of the unit, and for years, I had to mitigate the usage of the whole set around this problem. But now, I finally decided to take the set down to Dyna-Tech, and see if they were still willing to service these legacy units. And, to my surprise (and relief!), these guys will still service it all, both retro and modern.

Kyle and Harry boast decades of experience behind the name of their business, and it shows in every way! Kyle was extremely friendly, polite, and attentive as I explained my situation, and right off the bat, he knew just what to do to fix the VCR carriage right up. He cleaned up the mode selection switch, the infrared prisms (which see clear leads in the tape reels, and communicate to photo diodes when a cassette has reached a beginning or end point), and gave everything a much-needed lubrication and spit-shine, both inside and out. I was expecting the repair to take at least a week or two to complete; however, to my shock, they gave me a call the very next day, informing me that the set was already available for pick up! The pricing was very fair, the communication, speed, and overall pure commitment could not be beat, and it felt amazing to give a legacy machine a new life. I cannot express enough how grateful I am that these guys still give some TLC to these retro devices, even decades later. If you ever need any small home appliance fixed, be it legacy or modern, I highly recommend you swing by this place. Trust me, you will be extremely glad you did!
