My mom had her implant done in this office. Office is welcoming, staff are friendly, doctor is patient and professional. The whole procedure took longer than expected but my mom is satisfied.

First time there and they made me feel like a patient that they've had for years. Friendly and welcoming environment.

Dr. Andrade and Dr. Montalvo sell this idea of working for a family and being part of a team, but they're just nice words used to get what they want. I gave a lot to this company for two years just for them to cut my hours and 'quiet fire' me without any warning or reason. At the end of the day, all they care about is the money and the people working for them are interchangeable and don't mean anything to them. That's why turnover is so high and patients are always commenting about how there's a different staff everytime they come in. I'm very disappointed in how my time here turned out and if you're doing research to work here, let's this be a warning that this is not a place for long term employment cuz they will fire without warning or any type of corrective action. Not to mention, they regularly expect staff to work through breaks and meal times. I also never received any of the benefits I was promised after being there 2 years. No health insurance, no 401k, nothing. Please save your time or at least just go in with eyes open because they will play you to their benefits and toss you to the side. Not only that, they didn't even have the decency to do it to my face. To ice the cake, they text me cuz they were too cowardly to just have the conversation in person. My cousin will not be silenced

Everyone here is so polite. I've never had any issues with billing insurance or making appointments. I've had some work done and a night guard made. I have zero complaints and will continue to come here as long as I can.

First time with them today and my appointment went very well, everyone was super nice, friendly and gentle. I will certainly recommend Dynamic Dental to friends and family.

Think I just found my new Dentist. My PRIOR Dentist moved to Southern CA and the Dr.that took over the practice was WAYYY too ambitious. She wanted to pull teeth, start Ortho treatment and do a Frenectomy. I went to Dynamic Dental as a new patient and didn't say why. They did a cleaning and exam took a bunch of xrays with no upselling no aggressive treatment plans and it was thorough, easy and painless. I waited for my claims to go through just to make sure there weren't any hidden fees or issues. I believe I have found my forever Dentist.

The first time I went in they totally ignored my request for replacement. Stay plate and tried to upsell me to a dental bridge for over $4000 and charged me $250 for the consultation. The second time I went into a get my state plate. I got a text message saying that I had the appointment in the morning. Then when I got there they said The appointment was for tomorrow morning not today even though I clearly had a phone text message stating that I had an appointment this morning and I booked the appointment myself the previous day adding it to my calendar right after I got off the phone with them. Actual dentals office was clean for the most part except there was spit all over the light that they put above your head that had not been cleaned off In a very long time. I booked within because they're very Close to my house and they had a good ratings give them my more chance and see what happens when I get fitted for my stay plate but I am strongly considering a new dentist.

Nice office staff who explain check in politely. I had my six-month teeth cleaning done and it was painless. Dentist reviewed my tent and gums at the end and provided more information on how to keep my gums healthy. Very satisfied.

My experience at dynamic dental today was very professional. The front office staff were friendly and efficient and were great listeners and communicators. The dental technician that took my X-rays was excellent in her care and communication.
The Dr Montalvo explained everything that needed to be accomplished to get my teeth in tip top shape again Billing personnel explained thoroughly what my insurance covered and what I would likely have to pay.
I’m glad that I chose them over the other options that I had researched

I want to start by saying Liz is a literal Angel. I was so nervous and she was a Godsend. She answered all my questions and calmed my nerves.
The receptionists are so sweet as well. And Dr. Andrade is so knowledgeable and you can tells he really cares about his patients. Highly recommend. Honestly, I’ve never been in a more professional and caring dental office.
