If the Staff wasn’t so nice I would’ve put 1 star considering me and my brother never got our results. DON’T COME HERE!

Don’t go here’s to get a covid test this place will give u the run around. I had my covid test done 8 days ago I was told when I got the test it would only take 2 days I called cause it was 3 days later and they told it take 4 days called back again then I was told 5 to 6 days and I on the 7 day I called they told me to text the number to get my info and nothing they gave me a Bogus email they are not willing to help me at on getting me my test results they told me that it get sent out to some place in Chicago this is a joke I just want to know what my results are can some one plz tell me how to get my test results plz or should I re test some where else which I shouldn’t have to if this place would just do there job instead of giving people the run around.

Today is day six, and I still haven't received my test results back. I've text messaged the information like requested. I've called numerous times but still no response, just unbelievable!

The women working here are nice but are definitely overwhelmed and over worked. The Patients that come in are definitely irate already. I literally witnessed and have been thru some bs here. It’s not the workers it’s the people. We all know Covid is stressful. Just be more kind and considerate in this time of a pandemic

The staff was very nice! I got there early so I waited about 30 mins. They didn’t have any rapid tests only PCR.
I went on Thursday 1/13/22 and still haven’t gotten my results, if anyone knows how to contact this company please let me know.

Update 1/22/22 - just got my results back, and a link was texted to me

Let me help everyone out real quick.

- BRING A PEN. Do not go unless you have one.
- IF there is not space in the left lot, DO NOT PULL IN. There are VERY small signs which are blocked by cars explaining this.
- The signs say that if they are out of rapid test to check by 9am the following day. We arrived by 815am and testing had already begun and they were out of the rapids so I’m not sure what time they actually open.

I would give them a 0 if I could. I was number 16 in line, waited 2 hours, and was told they ran out of tests-to come back tomorrow. Now I am not a Logistics person, but I would know to allow only as many people in that I had tests for. You would think after 1 1/2 years of this they would have it down. I hope these people don't get paid for their stupidity.

Don't come here if you need fast/reliable PCR results. They do both antigen and pcr tests. The antigen results were texted to us in 24 hours. But we were still waiting on our PCR results.after THREE weeks we finally got our PCR results texted/emailed to us. THREE WEEKS!

Also, this location is super disorganized! No way for them to track which cars come in at what time. They are just running around from parked car to parked car. So try to park closest to the little kiosk as possible! And get there before 8am. The first time we got there at 12pm and they already ran out of tests. The 2nd time we got there at 8am and the parking lot was almost full.

You have to make an appointment but they are more organized and results come in within 24-48 hours for PCR tests. I've used them all over California and it's very reliable.

DON’T GO HERE. They give you the run around for your test results and pass the buck on to the next person for the mistakes. There is a lot of miscommunication and no one is held accountable. Now I have to get retested so I can return to work.

This place is a serious joke. My boyfriend tested on the 8th and it's now the 16th. It's been 5 days since my test as well. It's so embarrassing to keep having to update our jobs that we no status of our results NOR do we know how to get in contact with these people.you cannot call them and the whole "text the number" is also going to be a disappointment.

Cons: Very unorganized, only 2 lady's working and they did NOT in any way go in order of the cars that drove in. I parked, and watched 4 cars drive in after me, get helped and drive off.they rushed to those cars because they were parked closer to them, finally they came to my car after they cleared the cars closest to them not considering I had been waiting there for 45mins before all those other cars.this was Tuesday the 28th, 2 days ago and I have NOT receive any results yet, and I have No way of getting ahold of them, the numbers are all automated. Nothing about it was "Rapid".

How are people getting their results before me when I went before they did? I was there on Saturday 01/08/2022 and I'm still waiting: UPDATE today is the 17th and I still do not have my results, I'VE TEXTED AND EMAILED

Was there Sunday a hour & 1/2 before they opened, then once they opened it took about 30 minutes to finish.take ID & Ins.card because u have to upload them. Be sure everyone has a phone & a pen so u can register & fill out the card. Got my results the next afternoon.

I was told I would have my results in 24 hours. I patiently waited 48 hours and still didn’t get my results. I called several times and did what I was told and still didn’t get my results even though the man I spoke to said he would get me my results that day. It’s been 3 days and nothing. I’ve been calling and sending text messages but still get no answer.

Great experience and loved the staff. Free rapid covid testing with no appointment needed. You can't beat that. When I see reviews with people talking negative about their experience; they can go get an appointment needed from some where else. Thanks for your support PCR testing.

My experience was good got my results the same day as for my husbands it was not he went a day before and still hasn’t got his results back, we been calling and no answer we have even text like they say on the automated system and still nothing.
