Dynasty Nails, Fair Oaks CA

My first time there and probably my last. Not good customer service I believe partly due to lack of speaking fluent English. Got a pedicure and she did an average job. I had told her I did not want any color polish. After she was done, I decided I wanted just shine only and she said that was $5 extra but yet in the description of the classic pedicure it said it included nail polish which I assumed included clear nail polish. I said no thanks and proceeded to pay. As I was about to give her my card, she said only ATM or cash. I had to ask a couple of times if there was a fee for the ATM and was finally told by someone else there was. So I paid but I was not happy that she wanted to charge me $5 more for clear nail polish when it clearly stated in the description it was included. I even left a $5 tip!

The man, I think owner's husband did a horrible job, cut cuticle to point of bleeding, ground nail to remove previous dip and went too deep into nail bed, nails uneven shape. Went back next day to show owner but sadly no apology or offer to fix. However NINA does a great pedicure!

I did a walk in appointment and I got Tom. He was amazing and did exactly what I wanted. I will definitely go back.

This nail salon always delivers the best service! The staff is always friendly and professional. They also go above and beyond the sanitary requirements at each of their work stations.

I got a pedi and mani done and let me just say the guy was very gentle, he took his time and did an amazing job! Highly recommend this place! They have a very clean environment!

They spent more time with me than other salons and they were wonderful people. It was worth every penny

I tried this place for the first time yesterday and waited about 20 minutes before getting a manicure.while waiting they could have been soaking my nails off but didn't. A manicure cost $35 and all it did was a regular manicure with gel. When I got into the sunlight the color was splotchy. I had to go back to have them fix it. Disappointing after paying so much. I will not be going back to there again.

I made an appt on line today someone called and said they don't check on line so they gave someone else the slots. Why do you have a website if you don't use it? Never never will I come i.

Very bad experience, infected nail, was done 2/9/20! Please, avoid this place if you don’t wasn’t to loose your fingers!

My wife went and got her nails done. The nails turned out different colors and they do not accept credit card or debit cards! But they conveniently have an atm inside. I do not recommend them neither will my wife be going back.
