Great customer service and shopping experience! The staff was extremely insightful to help me make an informed decision on which Airwrap accessory to choose!

Patrick was extremely helpful. We were looking online and weren’t sure what the right vacuum option was, but Patrick thoroughly explained all the options and helped us choose the best vacuum for our needs. Would definitely recommend going in store and asking for Patrick!

I love this location! I came here with my sister and my boyfriend and we were greeted as soon as we stepped in. We were buying a vacuum but weren’t sure which one to get. Jesus was very helpful in explaining all the features of each one and showed us the different tools that come with the vacuums. We ended up getting the V15 detect absolute. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! He took his time showing us other devices (i.e. Air purifiers, headphones, etc). Would definitely come back here!

Young Gentleman instore gave me a superb demo of the very newest model of Dysons headphones which were out of this world. What great sound!

Lovely Experience and Knowledgeable/Nice Staff.

I’ve been eyeing the Air Wrap for several years and couldn’t make a decision until I arrived to this store. Jesus explained really well how the machine worked, the science behind it and even demonstrated how to use the different parts. Also, I appreciated that he was more focused on teaching me how to use the Air Wrap instead of pushing me to buy the product.

Came back next day and the manager Ammy was extremely helpful too. She made sure it was shipped to my home.

Patrick at the Union Square demo store was incredibly helpful. I came in to learn more about the Dyson Supersonic hairdryer and diffuser. He demonstrated the temperature and power settings, showed me the filter, and demonstrated the diffuser attachment as well as the fly away attachment. After two stylists raved about this hairdryer, I knew I wanted to try it out. I came in to learn more (since my 15 + year old hairdryer + diffuser died this week) and ended up buying the machine and love the Vinca blue + rose color. For a purchase like this, I prefer to try it out and not expend carbon emissions on shipping a large box, so I loved that I could buy it directly from the store. And appreciate that they also have a 30 day return policy for me to try the product and make sure it meets my needs. Thanks for a great experience. We also have the Dyson air purifier and vacuum, which we love!

I’ve been a Dyson fan for years but this was my first experience in a Dyson store while visiting SF. The associate Patrick was so helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to show me new products and even show me features about my current products. I had no idea there are so many options for personalization. I have always been impressed with the customer service at Dyson but I was blown away at the level of service in store. Thanks, Patrick. Wow - it's super nice in this Dyson store and ok, ngl - I have a Dyson/vacuum thing - I admire the design. And let you think that just buying online is the way to go but being able to handle such a manual item is essential - Fuyi was so so helpful to me too!

I went to the Dyson store to take a look at the airwrap, and was convinced almost immediately!

Patrick helped me during my visit, he taught me how to use the product, gave me tips on how to make it last as long as possible, and showed me how to use the different attachments to get different results. When you go to the store, ask for Patrick!
