Dyson Service Center, North Hollywood CA

No follow up at all! We left our hot+cool fan here three weeks ago and was told that they will call us back for any update with the next Tuesday.three weeks now, no follow up. Been trying to contact them but always goes to voicemail. Not professionals at all!

Adam was great! Super fast, informative, and showed me how I could fix my vacuum hose from home next time. Plus no charge! Parking is strange there, everything says reserved. But it didn't seem to matter, especially because my issue was solved so quickly.

So far this experience has been the absolute worst. I mailed my dyson 3 months ago. Haven’t received it back yet, called and left several messages, no call back, I spoke to a live representative 3 times, first time they said they have it and it was working fine so sending it back, I waited a few weeks still no vacuum so I called back, spoke to someone they said, they are actually waiting for a part, then I waited a few more weeks before calling again, this time the person who answered told me they’re too busy with in-store customers so will call me back within two days.guess what, still no call back and still no vacuum and it’s a few weeks later again and I just called again and no answer.

Unbelievable.

Great! They're doing curb side and were pretty busy and he was able to get my vacuum fixed and back to me while I waited.

This place is amazing! The guys that work there are so knowledgeable and helpful and they really help with suggestions. So happy with my experience!

Adam was great! The whole experience was fast and efficient. I waited 10 minutes and left with both my vacums repaired. I completely expected to have to return another day. AMAZING SERVICE.

I have been here in the past for annual maintenance and the service here has been awesome. I was shown how to take apart and clean the vacuum cleaner we had. I had a bunch of questions answered. I even took my parents’ vacuum cleaner here. Turns out that if you don’t live near a Dyson Service Center, you can mail it in (you would just be without a vacuum cleaner). Today, I had taken our vacuum in to repair the hose that broke. It was just passed the warranty and the service person said that as a courtesy since my warranty just expired, he will have the part mailed to me since they did not have it in stock. Their service has been wonderful and consistent all the times I have been here.
