Dyson Service Center reviews
20I came here on a Monday afternoon, 20mins after they came back from their lunch break. I waited an hour in the corner because it was very crowed and the service center is small. Then two people came in after me claimed that they checked in before me. I thought the system could see who checked in first and get people in by order, but appearently that's not the case. Please make sure you don't check in on a busy day and stand in the corner.
I dropped my air purifier on 7/24/2023 and they told me they had to order the part and repair in 15 days. But I never receive any update. So I called to the customer service or started to chat (live support). They always promised me to send follow up within 24-48hrs after investigation. But I never receive any follow up. I am still waiting about 3 months.
Sent my vacuum here for repair and received a text saying the repair wouldn’t be covered under the warranty and would have to pay. Went to the provide chat link to pay and was told to contact the center directly. The phone number goes to the main Dyson customer service and get the same response, contact the service center directly. Complete incompetence.
I hope corporate audits this service center. Such a Stark difference from the customer service you get over the phone. Long wait and staff comes out every 30 mins entertaining 1 customer at a time. Some are just here for drop off but no one is assisting. Poor experience.
Some of the worst customer support I’ve ever had in my life. Sent my fan off to get fixed and didn’t hear from them for about 3-4 months. Come to pick it up and been sitting for over an hour waiting for someone to come out of the back
I need to mention about my horrible experience with Dyson customer service. I requested my supersonic hair dryer repair about 6 months ago. The service center couldn't fix the machine due to the shortage of the parts. I contacted customer service 8 times through chatting and calling to resolve this issue. Every time I contacted them they said upper management will contact me. However, no email or phone call so far. This is the worst customer service I ever had. Is there anyone who can help @ Dyson?
I went to the Dyson repair store in Santa Fe Springs on Wednesday, 8/23 to have a purifier looked at. It's a store I've been to twice before. However this third time was horrible customer experience. Previous times the store was under staffed and this time was the same case. It's a first come first serve basis here and with just one worker. It takes over an hour to be served when you have several people waiting. The sales person who helped me on 8/23 was very helpful even though I waited 45 minutes on my lunch hour to be attended to. I left my purifier and was emailed by Dyson the next day that the repair was done and ready for pick up. I went to pick up the purifier on 8/28 but was told by a rude worker to wait until he took care of all other parties. Again, only one employee was onsite. I told him that I was already notified by email that my purifier was serviced and repaired. He insisted I wait for him to finish with the other customers. Why am I waiting again when I was already attended to last week and have to wait again for a simple pick up? I was upset and asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me. Having worked in customer service, when a customer asks for a sales person name they need to give it. He told me to get out of "his" store. To be treated like this is unacceptable. I have six Dyson products consisting of 2 vacuums and 4 fans since 2006, with being a loyal customer after all these years, is very disappointing. We pay for these expensive products but only to get poor customer service when support is needed.
My Dyson Airwrap stopped working after 3 months of use. I emailed Dyson Customer Service Team and they asked me to bring my machine to this Service Center to be checked. The technician here decided to replace a new one for me but the Airwrap was out of stock at that time. He asked me to wait for about 2 weeks to 1 month to receive the replacement. I left my Airwrap machine at the center, went home, waited for 1 month, and did not receive any. I emailed Dyson Team again and they asked me to mail the original machine to their warehouse which I already left at the Service Center. I explained it to Dyson Team and they required me to drive almost 1hr long to Santa Fe Service Center to get the machine back and send it to their warehouse because they won't be able to send a new one to me if they don't have the old one per their policy. I was kind of frustrated but still decided to drive to Service Center in Santa Fe to get help. I was so lucky to be served by Mr. Bobby. He is amazing, helpful, and very professional. After a few minutes investigating my case, he apologized to me for the inconvenience. He explained to me why there was a delay for the replacement delivery very clearly. He also proactively asked his boss if he could give me a new Dyson Airwrap right away since he did not want me to drive back and forth and due with the hassle policy. I was so happy with the assistance from this Center and Bobby's professionalism. I am confident to buy other products from this brand although they are kind of expensive and am willing to recommend them to my family and friends because I know Dyson is willing to solve any problems for the customers. This review is like a thank you note for the excellent service. Thank you Bobby and Dyson Service Center in Santa Fe.
My experience was very nice.
When registering for attention, you register your cell phone number to send you messages to update your vacuum cleaner service.
Dante treated me very kindly, the service was also fast and that same day my dyson was repaired, they changed the bin, cleaner head, external hose, internal hose, COV Hose + Link, and strut.
All under the warranty.
And the only thing I would recommend is to put a bell inside the store and another outside the door for when customers arrive.
Thank you very much Dante.
Brought in my vacuum and it was fixed under 10 minutes and hasn’t broken down since. Very satisfied with the service.
I brought in my vacuum to be checked; I was told that it would be diagnosed in the coming days.
I received a text to let me know my vacuum was ready to be picked up, I walked in there today and Bobby helped me. He is a nice guy and really went over to explain the repairs that was done and the amount of it.
I can believe how easy it was to get my issue fixed, will be a forever-Dyson customer going forward.

Brought in my dyson animal ball 2 original; road service tech Bobby took care of me as soon as i walked in; told me to hang out for 10 minutes.super impressed had new parts in stock, installed, and out the door so fast!
Went to Dyson service center in Whittier. Arrived to the store around 9: 45, story still closed. Call corporate office, and they blame it on covid-19 two months ago.
As I was waiting five other people came up for service for the vacuum. Is this how you treat your loyal customers who buy your product?
Called ahead, no answer. Came during business hours, no one’s here. Doors are locked with a sign in the window saying they should be open. Another couple customers just showed up and there’s no one here.
A lot of people, so the wait was a bit long. The employees are very courteous and helpful. Very patient and understanding, providing useful tips too. A better check in system would help with the confusion of who is next. Maybe current system paired to a display.
I took my V7 vacuum cleaner in due to battery discharging quickly. The guy took my vacuum cleaner, checked it out and replaced the battery. Total $106. It only took 30 minutes with one person ahead of me.
Zain helped me with the Dyson hairdryer. Thought it was dead and ready to purchase another but he managed to save it by cleaning the filter.
The tech claimed that some of the parts on our v10 were not Dyson. We bought it from Dyson. That little bit was adversarial, but in the end he fixed it "like new" for only $200. We do love it as it cleans really well and has for 4+ years.
The person that came to help was awesome. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time at all. We are currently researching other Dyson home products to purchase. Was a very refreshing customer service experience. Great job Dyson.
Came in for a repair pickup about 30 minutes or so before lunch. After sitting awhile, the taller worker asks for my repair number and heads to the back. Moments after, he comes out and starts telling people that he can’t help them because of it’s lunch time and I proceed to tell him that I’ve been here for while and just came in for a pickup. He says that he can’t do anything about it. On the other hand, the other male worker that was helping someone else out and asks me what the repair number was and grabs it from the back which took less than 10 seconds. So thank you other worker and the tall one needs customer service training. Also they are understaffed, ended up waiting 4 hours the first time for them just to tell me they didn’t have the part in stock and also the tall ones preaches about first come first serve, but the first time I came in, he helped another customer before me and another gentlemen.
