Ned is the BEST! I brought a record player to him that was a gift from a friend and he took his time to see what was the issue. Eventually he realised it was the cartridge and told me honestly that it wasn't worth it to replace it as it'd be half the price of a much better record player. And he had one that he had restored that I bought on the spot.

Ned definitely cares about his customers and never wants you to spend money where you don't have to. That is rare to find! I highly recommend seeing Ned for anything you need. He'll definitely take care of you, is super kind and makes you feel like you've been going to see him all your life. It was definitely worth the drive from Los Feliz. I won't be taking any of my things anywhere else from now on. Ned is my go to and he should be yours!

Joseph is the best! I had a very complicated repair that no repair store would take on. Joseph took the challenge and brought it back to life. He is nice, professional and the best at what he does. Will be bringing any electronic repair his way and so should everyone!

I can’t recommend Joseph enough. I found him just through google. I had an old record player that was skipping and I just couldn’t figure it out. Not only was Joseph able to fix it quickly, but he did it in front of me and walked me through it so I could repair it myself in the future if the same problem arose again. He was a real gentleman and excellent at his job. I will recommend him to everyone I know. If you have any electronic equipment, new or old, that isn’t working properly, this is the place to go.

I took the speaker cabinet for my guitar amp in, and the input jack was repaired, and the speakers and ohm load were all checked on the spot. The quality of service could not have been better! I will bring all my electronics here for any needed service or repair!
