Husband and I both got Tahoe's and they are so luxurious and we're shocked at how many features come standard. Highly recommend!
My elux newport 2018 i bought new.lots of problems with spokes breaking. 5 years bad spokes.the elux shop says that year spokes not to good. Never buy elux ever again.
We have 3 Tahoe's 2 Malibu's and 1 folding. We ride from our house go to the beach ride around and then get lunch round trip 22 miles total time 50 minutes of riding average speed 26 mph.
I love my Sierra folding bike but I haven't experienced the customer service that it appears others have. I contacted Elux around October 11th to see if I could get a replacement part (the black plastic part in the picture) that locks the handlebar in the up position. Mine had broke. I was told that they would send me the part at no cost. I was willing to pay. After a few weeks I again emailed Elux to say I didn't get the part and was told that they had sent it. They said to wait another few days and let them know if I got it. I didn't so I let them know. I was told that they would send another. Another week or two went by and I got an envelope from them that was torn and then taped by someone but the part was missing. I let them know what happened and again I was told they would send the part to me in a padded envelope. It's been about 3 weeks now and I still don't have the part. I understand that they are busy but we are almost 2 months out from when I first contacted them. In the mean time I am unable to ride my bike.
We purchased two Tahoe Big Tire models, one standard frame, one step-thru frame. Overall, we are very satisfied with the performance of the bikes. Everyone in the family is having fun riding them. The disk brakes are the only 'weak link' that I have noticed so far, they are noisy and feel rough when braking hard. The step-through model has a slight squeak in the front wheel that they were not able to eliminate.
We have had our Tahoe GT's for about two months and love them.
Customer service was great and we will be bringing the bikes in for service next weekend and expect the same great service.

I Love my new E-LUX electric bike! I shopped many local E-bike shops and not one came close to the customer service I received at the E-Lux store. The owner himself took us and showed us the warehouse which was very impressive, clean and very organized. I know if I ever have a issue with my new bike I can get it resolved quickly! My bike rides great and it’s comfortable and easy to use! I look forward to many years of riding! I highly recommend you check them out!

My husband and I bought the Tahoe cruisers and it the best purchase I have made for outdoor activities! We love love love our bikes and so does everyone who sees us riding them! They are bad a$$! My brother, Dustin Gadow, had one and his memory lives on every time I ride the bike
To describe our new GT Tahoes in a word, AWESOME! My wife and I purchased our first Tahoes right after ELUX opened.for business several years ago. After happily riding those bikes almost 10K, it was time to replace with the latest model. Glad we did. What a difference in comfort, speed and increased distance. In my opinion, the new GT is the premier bike in the electric bike industry. Couple that with ELUX.s great service and you have an unbeatable combination.
I purchased an ELuxe GT Tahoe and it has been broken more than it has worked. The battery keeps blowing! ELuxe has refused to completely replace the battery. More trouble than it is worth and the bike is not dependable
I recently visited the Fountain Valley store and bought a Tahoe GT. The service was great as Alex patiently answered all of my questions and highlighted all of the bike’s extensive features.
The bike rides great and has plenty of power. The suspension smooths out all of the bumps and I couldn’t be happier with the riding experience. I would highly recommend E-Lux and their bikes.
