Josh Chrun did a great job with the processing of my refinance. Him and his team were able to turn around the loan from inception to closing in roughly 2 weeks, amazing! Would recommend him to anyone needing a home loan.

Communication is the key to great customer service and all E Capital teammates surpassed expectations! My current mortgage holder was great as well but a much longer closing time. E-Capital was very quick. Highly recommend. I was in this business for 42 yrs so I know what can be done and E -Capital went over and above.

I worked primarily with Heather, and what can I say, she was fantastic! I already had a low rate of 3.00%, and Heather helped me get that down to 2.85%, and got rid of my PMI in the process without the need for an appraisal (this will vary depending on area, but I live in Colorado and EVERYTHING is appreciating). I looked at 5+ refinance companies and in the end am very happy with Heather and E Mortgage. On a side note, she will work with whatever form of communication works best for you, which in my case was texting, and it made ANY question so easy to get answered. She would text me back within 5 minutes of every single question. I'm the kind of person who will randomly have a 10: 00 pm shower thought about X and being able to ask and have that question answered right away was fantastic. Would highly recommend!

I have now used EMortgage capital twice to refinance. I was very reluctant to refinance over the internet. It took a lot of research to convince me that EMortgage was on the level.
