The agent, he's very nice. Its a good insurance company.but the lady who answers the phone calls is VERY RUDE and has a TERRIBLE attitude and EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL.

I saved over 100.00 per month and my agent Harry went overboard to help me in every way. AWESOME!

Called but they said they had to look for something and could not find it for my car insueance.
