Eagle Eye - Napa

They advertised bogo $1 on midsfactory so I drove 45 minutes only to be told once I arrived that they didn't have any of those "promos" in stocks. They has tons of midsfactory, just not the promos. That's laughable, and after 5 years as a customer I will never go there again. Good luck with your scam sales.

We LOVE Eagle Eye. Great selection, awesome people, and good pricing. There’s not a better spot in Napa! Thanks to Victoria for always being super helpful.

Bad flowers. 3/4 worst flowers I've ever smoked, came from this dispensary and recommended to me by the girl with the colored hair. She just doesn't care, she'll tell you everything is good.
Then there's their inconsistency - first you can spin the wheel on the weekend, then you can spin the wheel only on Sundays and now you can't spin the wheel at all (that really was the best thing that dispensary had going for it.) I came in this Sunday after they reopen and was told, "no can do. " So this past Sunday will be my last long drive out to that place because it's just not worth the gas.
I found better dispensaries while they were closed and I think I will start taking my business elsewhere because even the guy who works out front, when I mentioned how unhappy I was with this dispensary, he told me I should go somewhere else, so I will.

Poorly staffed. Waited over 20 minutes with 5 people in line and 1 staff member.
I'd go anywhere else next time.
This place is a joke. The budtender skipped over the people in the front of the line and helped the people who just came in. Horrible experience

Eagle Eye is great. All kinds of product and information. The staff is knowledgeable about what they have, friendly, and respectful. They are pet friendly.

I love this dispensary. It's the only shop I've ever walked into that hasn't had a judgy atmosphere.
I mean, I come from Santa Rosa to Napa to shop here. Their pricing is so much more appropriate compared to every other dispensary around.

Was a loyal customer at Eagle Eye and I had spent a considerable amount of money there. Eagle eye closes at 8, I show up at 7: 45 and they tell me it is closed bc the manager called it, no more customers. I told the security guard I knew exactly what I wanted and would be quick, I am going on vacation the next day and needed it tonight. The security guard was extremely rude and told me I WAS NOT A REGULAR and he had never seen me before. I have seen this security guard at least 10 times.

If you close at 8 than close at 8, bad bad business practices and the staff seemed more concerned about going home and getting high.

The worst is I could of gone to any of the other dispensaries that actually close at 8 and gotten what I needed.

Eagle Eye is extremely unprofessional and do not treat loyal customers who spend hard earned money well at all.

Stay away from the security guard also, he is a liar.
Lastly: full disclosure - I did call the security guard "dumb" if he had never seen me before.

Choose any of the other dispensaries in Napa and your experience will be better than Eagle Eye bc eventually they will screw you when you need some quick bud.

Saw a billboard on the freeway for a free eighth with purchase for new customers. When I mentioned it in-store they told me it no longer applies, and that I could get a free gram with a purchase over $60. Bait and switch.

I've called multiple times multiples days to inquire about products or deals and no one has ever picked up the phone a single time. I get 'line busy' and hung up on. I call any other dispensary and they pick up by the 2nd or 3rd ring.

One evening, I Purchased a cartridge from this establishment and was helped by “Matt” a cashier.turns out the cartridge was faulty and didn’t work. I tried multiple different batteries on the cartridge to make sure it was the cart and not my battery, again the cartridge was the one at fault. So I returned to eagle eye and was rudely helped by “Matt”. I received a refund/replacement for the cartridge (same brand as first cartridge) but had to pay 5$ for some fee. I made sure to state to the cashier “if this doesn’t work can I come back inside and get a replacement since I’m not aloud to try in the store” Matt assured me that he would be able to replace it again if it turned out to be faulty. I stepped outside and opened up the packaging and I was shocked to see that this cartridge was worse than the first. All the oil was leaking out of the bottom, I tried to put the cartridge in my battery and use it but again IT DID NOT WORK. Upset I returned inside the store and showed Matt the faulty cartridge with leaking oil and he agreed with me that the cart was faulty and started the process for the return.the cashier turns to me and rudely says he can only refund me 5$ for the cartridge due to the fact I already returned a faulty cart that day… I irritably reminded him he had just sold me 2 FAULTY CARTS that did not work what do ever. The only response Matt had to say was “ sorry, store policy there’s nothing I can do”. I was never refunded my money for the cartridge and was forced to leave the store with a broken leaking cartridge. I along with others who have heard this story will never return to Eagle Eye.be warned about their “store policy” on broken/faulty items they sell you.

All the employees are very nice. Jenna and security are the best of this place. They even call me when a certain product is back in. Now that's great service.
This establishment has gotten so much better in the past months. Always product available to everyone and it's nice to see the place stocked up of product.

I go every Friday, and I love they're friendly staff. Shelby was awesome. I love theyre vets discount also.
