Security acting tougher than the sheriffs like calm down especially the new hires go check on the drunks go walk around instead of picking on people trying to enjoy the time there causing no trouble and they kicked me out cause I looked young when I clearly showed them my i.d I was actually winning for the 1st time.then they didn't let me cash in my voucher.the old casino was better smh

It was not as I hoped and machines are very tight not letting a person play much paying for your new building I suppose

Good concerts, everything very organized.the only bad thing is that when they sell the drinks they take too long

Was a lot of fun! So many machines are hitting that night! Was a blast for myself, my girlfriend, my family & so many other players there! I go about twice a month or so, if I can! Love it!

The food smells good, and food items tasted yummy. There are many games and card tables. There is plenty of room around card table area. I was a little disappointed in the selection of games. Most of them were the same just a different picture. I like games like I dream of Jeannie, the Hot Chile game, or games like the price is right, etc. I did not hear too many bells going off with winners. I found it to be very small inside. The games were too close together and it was very hard to walk around them with people occupying them. It was hard to find anyone with a drink cart. I found only one person and the cart had only water or coffee. The restrooms were clean, altho dust and lint were accumulated on doors inside stalls and on dispensers. The bar was nice looking, very big with lots of room. I was expecting much more with the new casino. On the game floor, it is small and too tight or close to others to really maneuver around. There were a lot of people there and you would get bumped. The ATM area is not ideal with lines in the way of game area. I didn't like being too close while making transactions. The staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous. It was simple to have someone page a bus or cart to give you a ride to your car. The outside of the casino was beautiful; Very Christmasy and inviting.

My wife and I's 5th or 6th time being here. Win or lose we always have a good time here.

It was alright. Long drive just to go and lose so much money in 30 mins. Bartenders were not that great. There was 2 younger guys that were very annoying and drunk trying to flirt with the female bartenders. The young men should of been cut off a while ago they were visibly drunk and being obnoxious and the bartenders kept serving them. I used to be a bartender so I know that its actually illegal to keep serving a drunk customer. I waited for my drink while the drunk younger men continued to flirt with this bartender and they asked for her number. Instead of helping me she stopped grabbed the dudes phone and proceeded to enter her number in his phone while I stood there and waited. Bad customer service in my opinion. She could of done that after she served waiting customers. So I had to stand and wait for her and listen to them flirt back and forth and they just looked and sounded ridiculous. Unprofessional to say the least. My friend that came with me couldn't even walk up to the bar because he didn't have his I. D.with him 4ven though he is clearly over 21. I get it that they can't serve him but to make him leave the vicinity of the bar is stupid. But yet they continue serving drunk idiots at the bar that are completely tossed and could possibly leave and kill someone. But don't let my friend stand near me while I'm waiting even though he wasn't drinking. The bartenders are not very polite and also I almost forgot that one of them I gave a $50 and only got change back like I gave her a $20 bill but I didn't notice until after we left. So they ripped me off. It okay but a waste of gas and money to go all the way there to be honest it wasn't worth the time and money we wasted to drive there and then gamble. I also think my rim on my BMW got cracked from driving up there because you have to go some dark back roads that have some major pot holes and you can't see them until after you hit them and mess up your car. So that cost me $700 when I got back home. I won't be back there.

Staff is really rude. I’ve been here twice now and have had bad experiences with bartenders, dealers, pit bosses and waitresses. When I gamble I like to be surrounded by good vibes, and I don’t get that here.

It also seems like they are understaffed. Which is maybe why all their staff have bad attitudes. The tables had only 2 pit bosses on a busy Friday night.

Bartender would not let me purchase two drinks, even though I was buying for my boyfriend who was playing at a table and could not get served by a waitress.

I called a week in advance, was told we could overnight in the gravel lot next to casino by security, as we would be eating, drinking and gaming, I don't normally drink as I drive sober, At 1: 30 am we where awoken by security and told to leave, they said I had until 2 am, they then said now we know for next time, I told them there we would never come back again, as I pulled out half asleep and been drinking I turned to sharply and broke my rear window out of my truck, security said we could park next door at the sports complex, that was also a lie as it had a gate across the parking lot, I do not recommend this casino to travelers as they lie to get you in, but when done you must leave, as I said we called ahead and said stay in the gravel lot overnight, never again to this casino,
i don't recommend even for a short stop TRAVELERS BEWARE to top it off the security girl was very ill tempered while the guy said nothing.

Really enjoyed the new facility. It's a shame they allow smoking. Not sure how they get away with that seeing that it's not on the reservation.

New area. It was easy getting there. There was tons of parking, although we had to park on dirt. The inside felt smaller to me than the old location. The slot machines and chairs felt too close together, if a person was sitting in one slot and another person was sitting behind them on a slot, then noone could walk through them because some of the isles were too small. I'm not sure if there were designated smoke areas, but some areas of the casino smelled stronger than other areas.
It took a while for the waitresses to come around, perhaps they were understaffed. We got two alcoholic drinks for $14 (pricey if you ask me).
Of course, it was a lot of fun while I was winning, but once we lost, it wasn't fun anymore ;)

My friends and I met at the Acorn restaurant for breakfast b4 going to the Veteran's day parade. We walked around and ran into several old friends who we hadn't seen in a long time.

Super fun place. Staff is always very nice and homely. Slots are just like vegas. Great place

Don't like the fact as soon as you open the first door you can smell the smoke. Nevermind the smoke though, the great things I like about the New Casino is the different restaurant that's scattered in different locations of the Casino. Food is good and really enjoyed the service as well. Machines are high tech and look forward in coming back to enjoy the food. I was here at for the breakfast at Acorn Diner and had 3 flys buzzing around us. Think they should also invest in a fly zapper machine. I understand the blower at door doesn't work and also waitress said they do have big zappers. Oh ok.

Machines were really tight, cousin had potatoes and chorizo tacos and they were tasteless, Chicken Alfredo, which is usually delicious there was too salty, did not have a good time this time. Usually the machine's pay back a little so that you can have fun playing. But every machine I went to just took your money.

Paid $9 for raw pizza, had left couldn't even get it fix, and where is the pepperoni!
there shrimp cocktails is mostly tomatoes.idk about buying food here:/ lost my money and couldn't even eat

I was very disappointed. They should have made a smoking section for smokers only. I had to leave immediately.
