2 stars is the best I can give horrible customer service they don't make you feel welcomed not friendly at all even the doctor himself was RUDE didn't carr to explain the questions I had he was very short didn't even care to give me eye contact I'm only giving two stars because they were FAST with getting my sons glasses I don't plan on coming back.

EDIT: I came back the next day and had a total different experience the young lady who helped me was very help attentive actually gave eye contact she deserves a raise

I went here because I was able to get an appointment pretty quick. The doctor was fine and the selection of glasses were ok. The selection was small and the person who is in charge of that section is rude. I’m not one to ask for help but she periodically interrupted my browsing to talk to me and was rude every time. She could have left me alone honestly until I needed to check out. But I found glasses and it was fine. I got an email saying they were ready for pickup and I needed to make another appointment. I called to verify a bunch of times and no one answered. I called Thursday yesterday (no answer) and today Friday multiple times. About 2 hours later I call again and no answer. Then I got a call back saying my glasses were ready for pickup but they close at 2pm Friday and it’s 1: 30. Wish they would have told me that or answered my calls earlier so I knew. I give them one star based on the fact no one answers the phone. You’ll get more savings, selection at Costco or Walmart.

Love this place. I’ve been coming here since 2012 and i’ve loved it since. The optometrist and front desk are very helpful, kind, and caring.very willing to help and hear our your issues.definitely 5 star. Also very clean:)

Updated 3-24-23: I got my glasses today. Thank you to these 2 wonderful ladies who assisted me today. Great customer service.

Ordered glasses more than 2’weeks ago and haven’t heard back from them. I keep on calling Greenback Optical, but they are not answering and their phones mailbox is full which unable to leave a message. They’re so unorganized. Why can’t we call for status? You said I should be receiving my glasses within 2 weeks and it’s past 2 weeks.

They are an awesome company and treat you like family. I've been going there for years and I am 100% pleased every time. I would recommend them to everybody and I'm thankful they're there.

Staff was very friendly, got me in quickly. Store was clean and pretty empty, glasses selection was okay. Doctor was friendly and thorough. All around a good place to get your eyes checked!

My wife and I have been long time customers for several years. The front desk staff, service, and Dr. Johnson are all friendly and professional. Megan is also good at helping to pick out glasses and sorting out insurance and expenses.

Darla, Keily and Megan at Dr. Johnson's office are very thorough and helpful with eye exams and choosing new frames. I love my Nautica and Maui Jim options. I recommend Dr. Johnson highly as a healthcare professional.

Knowledgeable, and willing to work with us, may get a little busy for an appointment. But worth the wait. Good frames selection. Work efficient and fast

One astigmatism machine was not working, if that’s of need for you. Had to get eyes dialated to check prescription that wasn’t agreeing with the auto machine, and gave nice eye shade for the rest of the day outdoors.

The staff is always very nice and patient, pretty decent selection of VSP featured frames, and other brands as well. Modern equipment and very fast exam process!

I went to Eagle Eye Vision multiples times until one year I was given a prescription that was too strong. When I put on my new expensive Gucci frames it was overly enhanced and I did not like looking through the lenses because it made me dizzy. I told the optometrist, and he told me I should wear them for several weeks and give myself a chance to adjust. I never adjusted and ended up wearing my old glasses until my next eye exam at another provider a year later. The Gucci’s collected dust on my shelf. My last visit was in 2017. I decided to give this place another chance today 11/4/2022 since things had gone well multiple times before and they have a broad selection of frames. This was a mistake. The staff is friendly, but the optometrist (the same one that gave me the bad prescription before) has bad bedside manners. The trouble started when he asked me if I was seeing an object over another object. I said, “I see one bar with letters there isn’t anything over anything else. ” This line of questioning and bad communication continued with me not understanding or seeing what he expected me to see. I tried to communicate what I was seeing, and I even joked, “I guess I am bad at this. ” There was no sense of humor back from him… no it is okay… not a big deal… just quiet subtle impatience coming off him nonverbally. Then he sighed which communicated further to me he was frustrated with me and made me more uncomfortable until I felt the need to leave, and I got up and left in the middle of the exam. He called after me, “Ma’am I am just trying to help you. ” I went to the receptionist and asked for a refund. He came out and tried to apologize, but I did what I do with people like this which is say no and leave. The receptionist asked if there was anything she could do and I replied, “No, thank you. He is a jerk. ” Thanked her for the refund and left. I called VSP to ensure they cannot bill me, and I better get my copay back. Stay away! Eye exams should not be this difficult or unpleasant.

I have gone to Eagle Vision for 16 years. I love the staff and the roviders. They are always helpful and patient.
