Robert came in, was extremely professional and clean and not only changed the garbage disposal (what we called for) but also fixed all the minor things on the sink above the disposal that I didn't know needed fixing. He tightened the faucet, soap dispenser, and all the drains (not just the one to the disposal) without me even having to ask and free of charge. The slight leak from under the faucet has stopped and nothing rattles or shakes anymore when the garbage disposal is turned on. You know how when you take your car to get a tune up and all of a sudden you realize how many things were wrong that you had no idea shouldn't even be happening in the first place? That's basically how my kitchen feels now. Truly excellent service and workmanship all around and whatever they're paying him he certainly deserves more. If everyone at Earl's is as good as Robert then there's no reason to call anyone else.

Our water heater started leaking on a Friday night. We called Earl's Saturday morning and were given an appointment for the next day. Ryan W.showed up on time, answered our questions, gave us an quote and when we accepted the quote he immediately started the install of the tankless water heater we wanted. He stay until the job was finished even though it was after 7 pm by the time he was finished. Ryan W came prepared with everything needed to complete the job. Earl's Plumbing and Ryan W are a highly commendable business and staff.

James C was really quick and informative. We are thankful for the speedy resolution of our problem. After his explanation of what Earl’s could do regarding our various plumbing needs (and potential needs), we signed up for a maintenance agreement.
