I would highly recommend this service! They were professional, courteous, efficient, responsively, easily accessible and provided the highest quality care. I had a steam cleaning of my couch (note that my couch has a lot of dirt and hair from my housemate letting his German Shepard dog run in and out of the house) and the couch now feels like brand new. Pricing is very reasonable!

Definitely don't trust them to do business with. Upon arrival Lucy did not believe I was the house owner. Why? When I am standing in my own home. Maybe because I'm Black living in a nice neighborhood. She then charges $800 for a "post construction clean" on a empty 3300 sqft home. Afterwards I had to ask them to re-clean several parts of the house including the windows (which I had to pay extra for). You think for almost $1,000 a job it would be near perfect. Like other reviewers said Lucy is not a nice person nor is her daughter. Just received a text from Mark saying Lucy believes she can not clean my (almost completely empty home) to my standards. Well that's true since I spent 30mins -1 hr still cleaning after they left. They don't actually get the job done so I'm happy to find my business elsewhere.

I work a lot and I’m in a wheelchair so its very difficult (sometimes impossible) to clean parts of my apartment. Lucy and her great crew always go above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and make my place look amazing! It’s always such a great feeling to come back home to the fantastic job they do! After just the first cleaning they got a client for life!

Working at a management company, it can be very hectic with needing to get properties cleaned on a tight schedule, and ensuring that the properties are cleaned to the standard that we expect for the new residents of the property. Such a wonderful and easy group to work with! We were searching for a cleaning company on somewhat short notice last year and they came through! Efficient, thorough, and cost effective. We have two small children and the products they use are not overpowering or bothersome to them. If we're ever home during the cleaning process, the team is always very personable and easy to interact with. Should you ever need to switch rooms that need to be cleaned, they're incredibly flexible. Each person even has their own personal touch when it comes to bedrooms! From our first interaction to get all the details of their company, to today, Early Birds House Cleaning has far exceeded our expectations.

I had them schedule two last minute house cleanings for the following day and they actually brought 6 people and did a top to bottom scrub on both in one day. I will be using them again in the near future plus probably going to set up reoccurring cleanings of my personal house.

Great house cleaning service. Team arrives, gets right to work and delivers me with a very clean house. They use their own cleaning products and materials which clean even my most difficult areas. I have a dog, hardwood floors and area carpets and they tackle it all. Note that you need a flexible schedule as they can arrive at various times but that also means you have flexibility as needed for changing dates or skipping a clean if out of town. Highly recommend.

Christmas came early for our household! It's nearly impossible to find a cleaning service that knows how to deep clean. Admittedly, I have extremely high standards, but my home is my recharging place, and I want to enjoy it. Unfortunately, i am hypervisual and can see every problem and can come in on diet like a heat seeking misle. So, for those who have this same problem, Early Bird delivers! Our home sparkles. Naturally I inspected everything, and was amazed. Vivian was the team supervisor, and was quick to grasp what I wanted and needed. Not to mention, that my dog fell in love with her on sight. I requested her team going forward, and am all set. So happy! It's all about communication, and the owner Mark and Vivian know how to listen and give me what I want and need. So, for us perfectionists, this is THE service we need. I recommend calling them to find what they can do for you. The price will blow you away, incredible value! Ps. They also use organic cleaning products on request.
