Been trying to get the App so to check what my solars are producing. But I’ve called and goes to a recording and leave message but never respond. It sad that once they install seems like they don’t care. Would never recommend this Company to anyone

Horrible service.i asked to get our solar panels cleaned and inspected, after finally coming out they only cleaned a quarter of the panels. Had to call back repeatedly to get someone to look at our panels as they were malfunction and would continously get the run around from Dan. First he would say they got busy, then that his staff was low due to covid; after waiting approximately 3 months of hearing nothing and wanting an explanation Dan rudely stated he "was doing me a favor of even condsidering to look at our panels as they were out of warranty". Seek a company who will actually stand by their work and customer service.
