We were very impressed with this hauling service, which promises to make your junk into someone else's treasure. It was easy to make an appointment, the haulers showed up on time, and were friendly and competent. First rate!

I have the HIGHEST PRAISE for Earthwise Hauling. My Mom passed away and I am out of town and I needed some local help clearing her memory care unit. This was complicated by the fact that some of the furnishings belonged to the facility, some of the furnishings I had promised to some of Mom’s caregivers, and whatever was left was for Earthwise to remove. Earthwise responded very quickly and coordinated wonderfully with the facility. Earthwise did exactly what I requested and what the facility needed them to do. There was a bit of a miscommunication about the billing but Joe, the owner immediately stepped in and resolved the question within 24 hours. He even gave me a discount. Earthwise is ethical, professional, and courteous and stands for integrity and transparency. I cannot thank Joe and his team enough for their assistance and for their fairness.

I ended up having so much more than I had originally thought and they were so kind and patient with me throughout the whole process. We scheduled pick up and haul at 1: 00 pm and the EarthWise team arrived 15 minutes earlier, waiting patiently until we were ready for the 1pm pick up. My sister's family were not ready for all the items, and the Earthwise team of Abraham and Cody were very patient, just politely asking which items are ready so that they can haul them away. I would highly recommend EarthWise for any removal service you're needing. They are very responsive and professional, they gave me a VERY reasonable price (I was quoted 3x the cost by the delivery company of the replacement item), and they seem to truly care about their customers. I've been sorting through decades' worth of lathe and small items around the house which can be exhausting. Then trying to find someone reputable and reasonably priced as well as trying to keep things out of landfills can add to the stress. I read the reviews on Earthwise and I highly recommend them. They removed my items and my stress. They are super easy to work with and excellent communicators. I received all the info I needed through either email or texts, was kept up to date on ETA of staff arrival, and staff was super courteous and careful with my items as well as my property. I am in the process of relocating within California, and I had a number of items to remove which were not going with me on the move including display cabinets, old unused barbecue grills, bed set, etc. The two men who arrived at my residence were friendly, cordial and actually acted empathetic. Item removal took about 30 minutes which was less time than I expected. Item removal was simple with no noted issues. Even had a brief chat sesh with the men upon completion of the job.
