Excellent service and all round professional team. We had some cockroaches and a lot of spiders. We never had any inside or outside after starting their services. I would highly recommend using Earthwise. On calls they were always very helpful, friendly and professional. If I come back to the area, I will definitely use them again.

When I first enrolled for their service, I had called various companies for quotes. They were the most affordable and with reasonable payment plans. They answer calls promptly and do their best to meet customers’ needs. I appreciate their technicians giving me a courtesy message and/ calls before arriving to my residency, per my request. Very professional team. Garage/outdoor roaches? And ants have not reappeared after their initial service and quarterly maintenance. Thanks Earthwise Team ️.

We have used Earthwise for our home since 2016. We dealt with ant problems for a couple of years and used all forms of store bought ant repellants that never completely worked. After using Earthwise services, our ants were gone immediately and are still gone! We also have less house spiders and other random pests. Earthwise has staff has always been very friendly and attentive. Whenever we ask for off-scheduled visit for other concerns, they have been quick to respond and send out a technician. Their technicians are always super friendly and check in with us in person when they service the house. On a recent service, one of their technicians went above and beyond to help free a live gecko that was stuck to our garage's "stick trap"! Great service and wonderful staff.

As a homeowner, I would highly recommend their service.

We saw some roaches crawling around the garage and I decided to call EarthWise based on their Yelp reviews and am very happy I did. I was offered a service visit literally the day after I called. The technician arrived on time, did his thing, and then left. The next day I saw a ton of dead bugs scattered around the perimeter of my home so whatever they used, it worked. Highly recommend this company!

Reasonably priced and great customer service.if you the problem isn't resolved they come out again free of charge. We have a black widow issue and when I saw one outside on my kids toys a week after they first sprayed and they are coming back out for another treatment.

The exterminator, Dana, Is phenomenal and very professional! He is so attentive and responsive to helping to get the bug extermination under control I am more than impressed by the service. The office staff are also very friendly and show concern for my property extermination needs. They even followed up after the first service which was very impressive. I referred Earthwise to a neighbor and family member because I was certain that their extermination needs were going to be taken care of in the most professional way possible. Dana does our quarterly service and he is awesome. So friendly. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Dana gets 5 stars. The company as a whole is awesome. I have been with them 5 years and 2 different homes. They have great customer service and the chemicals they use I feel are safer for kids and pets. 5 stars again.

Shawn was prompt and very informative about the services we received. He was very knowledgeable and strategic on the why and where he placed traps and gave us good advice on what else we could to do to minimize rat traffic in our yard. He was super friendly and didn't mind my husband following him around asking questions and telling him jokes. Overall, it was a great experience.

Earthwise has been an absolute saving grace for us for almost 5 years now. We first contacted them when we moved into our new home and had a huge rat infestation. They took care of it in a professional and timely manner. Shawn came out most recently to help with some cockroaches that were outside. He was friendly, personable and very helpful!

Our inspector Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Chris put on booties when he entered our home, so major sanitation points for him. He confirmed we misidentified some of the insects we found in our upstairs master bedroom’s bathroom and you could tell he knew his different pest species. We thought they were termites and he said they were snake fly larvae. After looking at our bathroom, Chris did a general inspection around our house and gave us some suggestions on what we could do on our end to help prepare for a pest extermination. He characterized the type of landscaping and garden plants we had and the different areas from where pests can originate.

Very satisfied with the experience and we’re going to take Chris up on his quoted offer of pest management services. Pleasant experience and look forward to them helping us make our home close to being pest free!

Highly recommended. We always recieved excellent communication from their office and thorough service from their techs. Chris and Shawn have been especially great to work with. We've had issues with pests and rodents over the years and tried at least 3 other companies before finding Earthwise. They are by far the best pest control company we've used.

We were dealing with large carpenter ants in almost our entire home. Treating them ourselves for months. As we were close to bringing our newborn home we had just had enough! Called Earthwise they were able to send a tech out the same week! Our tech was Shawn! Shawn was very respectful of our home wearing his mask and foot booties. Shawn heard our concerns and was very knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations in dealing with our issues. Although we called about carpenters ants we also received general services which is a plus! Here we are almost 4 weeks out and have only seen a total of 3-4 carpenter ants in our home!
