I picked up some catnip and toys randomly when walking by this store. The sales team was so friendly. My cats absolutely loved the catnip.

I’ve been coming here ever since i got my dog and i never had better service in my life. I had some questions about changing my dogs food and adding supplements, the employee was so amazing and we talked for quite a while, she helped me pick out all the perfect things and gave me some amazing recommendations and overall tips. Love this place!

I've been getting my dog groomed here for the years when it was Kriser's, and now it's gone downhill since the change. Some of the employees lash out or lie to us, and they have not treated my dog well recently. Not even finishing their groom properly.

Going to look into finding a different groomer, as I no longer feel comfortable with their level of service.

Manager yells and is not helpful. I l8ve 1/2 mile from this business and buy my pets supplies and grooming services anywhere but here. This place issawful.

I'm sorry to say, this facility has a wonderful location but the Manager acts angry whenever you ask questions. I was going to ask about grooming but she acted so angry that I just walked out. I'll take my business to a more friendly dog store, where they are happy to help me.

Went in on Sunday and the employees are actually the greatest! My dog was having skin issues and both the associate and the walk in groomer took the time to really assess her specific needs. They built a better diet for her skin within my price point and gave me better shampoo/conditioner for her specific coat. You could tell they really cared about helping her, it was so nice!
