Reasonably priced and well maintained facility. The reason I don't give five stars is that sometimes they take a long time to process payments made over the phone or by mail.

If you pay cash there, make sure you don't lose your receipt. It's always a good idea to retain records. Further.it will prevent many many verbose and colourfully worded emails from the professional staff!

Very very very rude office lady. Wouldn’t give us the time of day when we came in to ask if she had any available units. Disgusting service. Totally appalling.

Units are quality, people are nice, facility is always clean. My 1 star review is because they changed the gate hours to close at 8pm instead of 10pm. If they would have notified me I would have been less upset, and not be stuck with a truck full of stuff that I have nowhere to put at 8: 06pm. Their website still says 10pm. I could have been their earlier had they sent a letter/email/text or phoned me. Now I have to find somewhere to put a truck full of parts and tools.

Great security and no one bothers you while inside their gates. Well lit area and clean surroundings.

Have rented here for approximately 2 years. Just discovered that my unit was leaking and that thousands of dollars worth of furniture has been ruined. The manager suggested we file a renters insurance claim.because their facility wasn't up to par. Store your property elsewhere!

Had a storage rental here for a few months, and had no issues at all. The rent was very inexpensive.

My favorite place to store easy agreeable people to work with honest helpful can't go wrong being a customer here!

No condensation, but your storage unit may leak and flood when it rains. No, seriously. Then when you return to your storage unit (luckily shortly after the flooding started) to find your possessions near the entrance to be mildewed and moldy, this fine establishment takes no responsibility, and offers you not even a half-hearted "Sorry", much less a free month or a free week or a free day of storage. Sketchy characters who possibly live in their storage units? East & 32 has you covered on that one. Oh, and if you want to be over-charged, or under-charged, or have them not run your card at all when you call to pay, this is the place! Your finances better be able to handle whatever amount they want to charge on your card, because it probably won't be what you asked them to charge. Bill, the manager, is a real winner who could care less about you, your storage space, or your possessions. Or really, anything. So, if you want ruined stuff, an overdrawn bank account, and zero customer service, store your stuff at East & 32 mini storage!
