Nice dealership with upgrade facility. Have had decent response and service advisors were helpful as much as they can.
Only problem is BMW vehicles, specially the SUVs are a pain to deal with that requires frequent visit to dealerships

Super fast and easy service! Just bought my second car and am so blessed! Mike helped me out and was awesome the entire time! Definitely recommend having him help anyone out when they are in need of purchasing a car at east bay bmw!

I've always trusted the guys at East Bay BMW Maintenance, they are the best at what they do. The video feature is just amazing, you get to see the condition your vehicle is in before it gets work on.

Review is for Service Department, I have all my BMW serviced here, they are always courteous and accommodating. I have read that some dealerships were not taking lease returns. I had my pre-inspection done here, got the appointment the day before and now they also let me schedule my turn-in at my convenience. Very please with how their service department operates.

This is our 1st service of X1 on lease. East Bay BMW made it seamless even during this pandemic. Highly recommended

Our 2nd service also went perfectly fine. My service advisor was very prompt to recommend what needs to be done and within a very reasonable time frame. On top of that, I got the X1 back fully cleaned

Our Sales person Colby was great, no complaints about him.
Now on the finance side totally different. Purchased a Mini Cooper back in June. At the time I noticed the registration tags were missing I asked Phil about it and if I would get a temporary plate while waiting for the current tags. I was told I wouldn’t get one. 2 months has gone by and I have yet to get my tags. I get pulled over because of it. Officer said I should have been issued a temporary plate. I call the dealership and was told to call DMV to find out where my tags are at. So I did. They told me that payment has been received but the dealership hasn’t sent over the rest of the paperwork and the dealership should have issued a temporary plate as it is a state law now.
I call the both the Colby and Phil leave messages 2 days later Phil calls and says that we forgot to sign some paperwork and have to come back in. I tell him I will be in on Saturday to sign the paperwork and I would like to get a temporary plate so I don’t get pulled over again. When I get there, Phil had me sign the paperwork and when I ask about the temporary plates, he argues with me saying there is nothing that they can do. I ask the question if I didn’t call and ask would they even reach out, it’s been 2 months for them to find their mistake and he pushes the blame off the Josie their DMV specialist with a bunch of excuses.
From the lack of help provide by them and giving me attitude for their mistake, not ONCE did they every apologize about the mistake or show any kind of empathy.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from East Bay BMW and continue to service my vehicles there. They have great customer service and great mechanical techs. They also have a good parts department and nice updated facilities.

Victoria and her manager were extremely helpful with my purchase. She followed up after my purchase as well for a digital key that they ordered for me. Amazing service.

I showed up for my service appointment on time. I was helped right away, and everything went very smoothly. Service was concluded in the exact time fashion they said it would be. Everyone I dealt with was very personable and helpful. They did a fantastic job of washing my car after the service, which was not the case at other locations where I got it back and it was actually more dirty. Great experience! I'm really glad I switched over to this location. Thanks for the 5 star service, East Bay BMW!

My car buying experience at East Bay BMW was extremely pleasant. I purchased our BMW X3 2021 from East Bay BMW on August 7th. The client advisor was Jason Burger. I went in for a test drive and ended up buying the car. He was extremely helpful and made sure that the entire process was smooth. He took care of all the paper work which made my job easier. Please contact him if you ever want to buy a vehicle from East Bay BMW. I would also like to thank Jim Burke (Service Manager) who helped me with the service of my new car. He was prompt and very helpful. I am super happy with my first BMW and enjoying the ride.

I have been visited a few BMW dealer, this one is the best! I worked with James Ylagan and his manager Matthew Allen. They are great people! No pressure at all and even took around an hour to help us understand every item in the breakdown. No hidden fee, no time pressure and always happy to answer any question. It was a great pleasure to work with them. Thanks James and Matthew!
