I finally got relief from my sciatica with spinal decompression at Dr. Meyer’s clinic. I’m a big fan of chiropractic which always helped my other problems but it took the decompression to fix my disc herniation and get rid of my leg pain. Highly recommend East Bay Disc Centers!

I've been getting treatments with Dr. Meyer for a few months now. He tailors my treatments in a way that no one else ever has and I'm making real progress. He is very thorough and detail oriented.

I came to East Bay Disc Centers on recommendation from a friend, seeking relief from long-standing cervical and lumbar spine pain.

I learned more about my condition on my second visit with
Dr. Meyer than I've learned in 18+ years of treatment with conventional medicine. "Doc" Meyer and his assistant, Carolina, are a Godsend. They ask questions and they actually listen to your answers. He treats the whole patient, looking at the details of the big picture with careful attention to determining the cause of discomfort, with therapy and supplements available as appropriate.

Undergoing lumbar spine decompression here has resulted in relief (at last!) from my constant nerve pain. I have completed lumbar spine decompression therapy and have just begun cervical spine decompression.

The office is welcoming, clean and efficiently run. You will find smiles, genuine concern for your comfort and well-being, and music to suit everyone's taste; mostly serene, but sometimes makes you want to jump off the table and dance.

I had my consultation at East Bay Disc Centers a little over a month ago and I began decompression therapy about two weeks ago. Right from the start I knew I was at the right place. I immediately felt comfortable from the time I walked in. Carolina always greets you and lets you know what you will be doing during your visit and also assists with most things that you do. Dr. Meyer is also super polite understanding and comforting. In just the short period of time that I’ve been visiting his office he has helped me understand more about my current condition and educated me in many ways. I’m truly grateful to have found such a great place to begin healing on the back pain I’ve suffered with for many years. In just two weeks I’m already experiencing some changes and I’m positive that soon I’ll be much better. I look forward to continuing my treatment at East Bay Disc Center and I definitely recommend anyone to give them a try.

Update:

I still go to East Bay Disc Center for regular weekly adjustments after finishing decompression in April. I have not had anymore issues with my sciatica. And every time any other issue arises I tell Dr. Meyer right away and we always work on whatever it is. For the first time in 5 years I’m able to enjoy doing things again and without pain. I highly recommend East Bay Disc Center, Dr. Meyer is super thorough and very professional. Both him and Carolina are very welcoming which makes the whole experience a comfortable one. I’m glad I chose to start coming here and I don’t plan on going anywhere else.

The center is excellent! I highly recommend it. Dr. Meyer is exceptionally skilled and takes the time to explain everything regarding my concerns. After making adjustments for my neck and back, I felt significantly better. His practice of conducting X-rays makes the process much smoother and more precise.

He was able to point me in the right direction for how to deal with nagging long covid symptoms, and is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and can answer any question you may have. Dr. Meyer is thorough, having requesting an X-ray for my spine. The X-ray revealed the need for a CTScan, which uncovered a health condition I was unaware of & left untreated could be life threatening. Dr. Meyer potentially saved my life! I couldn’t recommend Dr. Meyer more wholeheartedly!
