Dr. Franko and his staff were kind, compassionate, and professional; after experiencing the trauma of a potentially serious injury and worrying about the possible need for surgery, I felt completely at ease once Dr. Franko examined my injury and explained the next steps towards healing. After waiting two and a half hours to see dr. Stein I overheard him talking about me in the hallway I did not appreciate what he had to say and he dismissed me immediately because I was irritated due to my bad back and sitting in the chair for so long I believe dr. Stein operates on ego and vanity and does not appreciate people of color

Dr. Stein was professional and hilarious. He made sure that I was thoroughly checked and taken care of. Hopefully I wont have to visit him, but if I were to ever recommend anyone for ortho needs that would be his practice.

Very friendly and approachable receptionists. The nurse and doctor were informative and refreshingly kind and didn’t rush me out of the office. They allowed me to ask questions and were clear of the next steps. Thank you.

Dr. Stein is a very skilled surgeon. He rebuilt both of my thumbs several years ago and I have been pain free and fully funtional for the entire time. At my last visit a few days ago his diagnosis was was quick with a successful treatment at the same visit. During the treatment he kept asking if I was comfortable. His staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Stein and his staff.

Dr Franco actually listened to me! He was third hand specialist I’d seen and the only one.who figured out that I had three separate issues.

After several months of misdiagnosis, treatments, and physical therapy I was referred to Dr Stein. Within minutes he had a diagnosis and was telling me how he could treat it. Not only did he confirm my own primary physician’s diagnosis, but was able to get me treated and on my road to recovery.
