I've had a profound hearing loss for decades and came here to have a new hearing aid fitted. The place was clean, they took reasonable precautions in respect to the pandemic, and staff friendly. If not for my bad experience I'd have given more stars.

They performed an audiogram, which was required to fit the hearing aid. However they charged me for it, despite the plan I purchased my hearing aid from including this expense in the overall cost of the hearing aid. I had to contact the manager of the plan to get this double charge refunded. Furthermore after returning for two adjustments after the initial adjustment because I struggled to hear, I took a closer look at the audiogram they created and noticed it was 10 decibels off any prior audiogram I had done. I knew that my hearing has not miraculously improved. I also knew that fitting based on an inaccurate audiogram would be problematic which it was. I asked to see a different audiologist, the owner Scott, as reviews said he had a lot of experience in fitting and did great work. I assumed he would be willing and able to figure this out for me. Instead he met with the person I had been seeing, and the two of them discussed this amongst themselves and agreed that the hearing aid I chose wasn't right for me and I should consider a model that the younger audiologist had more experience with. I had selected the hearing aid that I did based on my past experience with this make, its power and compatibility with my cell phone, (which their recommended aid was not compatible with). I decided to find another service provider who had more experience with the hearing aid make I selected and in one adjustment they were able to make it perfect! I'm able to hear speech, my oven timer, my watch timer and best of all enjoy music clearly.

I gave EB Hearing one star because they were not willing to redo an audiogram which was proven with supporting evidence (previous audiogram done within the past year) to be incorrect, nor fit the hearing aid of my choice which they sell. (ReSound). I wasted my time and money going to their office for three separate appointments to no avail, They would not admit a mistake or otherwise acknowledge this bad audiogram would negatively impact the fitting. Instead they diverted attention to the hearing aid itself recommending a different model. The one star is for not being client centered, for not admitting a critical error, and for not having the skills to properly fit a hearing aid from a well-known manufacturer.

The best. Scott is patient, the most experienced guy out there, and one of the few remaining vendors who sell from several makers and not just one. This helps ensure you get the best one for you. Plus, 90% of getting a hearing aid to work for you is the skill of the guy fitting it: this is where Scott excels.

Scott Holt is a seasoned hearing aid fitter and he is a super friendly guy. He is knowledgeable on every brand of hearing aid and model. He will customize your hearing aids exactly as you need, restoring quality of life that is often lost with hearing loss. An experienced hearing aid fitter is as important as the hearing aid you choose! Scott is outstanding

NASTY PLACE! Unsanitary equipment shoved in patients ears after the other. Confused and unprofessional staff. Receptionist is a little liar.
