TLDR: Don’t get custom sleeping ear plug made at this place.
I got a custom sleeping ear plug made for my mom. They promise it will more most comfortable and effective ear plus she will ever used and that it will block out majority of the sounds.
When we finally got the ear plug, it was extremely uncomfortable. It also doesn’t block much of the sound at all. Overall, significantly worse than the over-the-counter earplugs.
So we went back to get it remade into the softest material they offered. To our surprise, the ear plug is even worse now.
